In a beautiful area on 19,500 m² plot is this small farm with ample space for 4 people. Light extension of 40 m² from 2009 with kitchenette, sofa bed, football games, various other games and dining area for 6 people. There is energy-saving air-to-air heat pump which doubles as air conditioning. Living room with plenty of space. Good living room for older children, overnight guests etc. There are panoramic views of fields and lakes. Not far from the sea and beach. The south-facing terrace, which is closed off towards the road, provides excellent opportunities for fun around the grill. Note! Ceiling height in the older part of the house is 1.85 m and there are no curtains in the extension.

We had a wonderful time in Denmark. The surroundings are lovely and the situation of the house are also great. Few things that need urgent looking at: The Bed - we took off the top part of the beds because it was old and really not hygienic, stains you can see on it - it needs new mattresses. the bathroom's carpet was dirty and old and disgusting. Bathroom had no bin toilet cleaning brush old and disgusting the outside table and bench need urgent fixing if I was a bit bigger surely it would not hold. Also it says there is BBQ but there was none. For cleaning one could add more clean cloths and a mop and a rubbish bin inside the kitchen at least. it needs an overall good scrub - spring clean also the walls fixing the lights (almost none worked) and have a loose connection. The microwave does not work at the bathroom entrance the splinter is loose. hope you can change these in the future because it does have a lovely charm. The house needs some attention. Best D.

Enttäuschend!

Dieses kleine Haus hat schönes Interieur - das war das Positive! Es ist schmuddelig, die Farbe fällt von den Wänden, der Garten ist ungepflegt, die Möbel teilweise sehr runtergekommen. Es gibt nur ein Schlafzimmer. Der andere Raum ist eher eine Galerie mit einem Schlafsofa für maximal 1 Erwachsenen. Keinerlei Infos im Haus zu den Gegebenheiten, Umgebung, etc. - sehr lieblos. Das zweite Badezimmer stinkt so stark, dass es nicht nutzbar ist. Es gibt kein Internet. Es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeit, die Umgebung ohne Fahrzeug zu erkunden, weil man immer über die Landstraße laufen müsste - keine Fuß/Radwege in der Nähe. Mit Hund oder Kind ist das Haus nicht zu empfehlen. Es sollte maximal mit 2 Erwachsenen bewohnt werden.
