Being rural we do have some farming activity nearby, excellent opportunity to explore the rural setting and see new lambs etc. Perfect for a relaxing break or any outdoors enthusiasts, with easy access to central Scotland. Easy access to local train stations providing quick & easy access to both Edinburgh and Glasgow city centers.
The property offers; 1 double bedroom with King sized bed and built in wardrobes, fantastic dining kitchen, large dual aspect lounge with access to outside decked area, modern bathroom and large garden.
The Ploughman’s Poet offers the perfect space for spending those long summer evenings in, taking in the striking views over the surrounding countryside watching the beautiful sunset.

Guest access

There is ample parking for a number of cars, the Ploughman's Poet is located on the same site as our home. Therefore i am around if you need anything. The cottage is a completely detached one bedroom cottage with it's own private access and front door. Access to our ground is via a securely locked gate. Our location is rural, there is a farm locally. But within easy reach of all local amenities.

No car charging facilities on site.

Car is essential if you plan to travel around, we are not on any local bus routes. There is a train station at Fauldhouse which is 3 miles away and Bathgate 6 miles.
