Very nice place!!

The place was a bit hard to find, but once we got there: wow!! Very quiet place with an awesome view!! Laura was very nice to us. She gave us fruits (they were delicious!!) and also good advice for a place to eat. I recommend.

Absolutely beautiful

We had the loveliest stay at this villa, the apartment was super clean, spacious and comfortable with some amazing views. The garden and pool area are so clean, tidy and absolutely stunning. The nearest town is quaint with some small shops and a couple of places to go out for food or drink. The ground floor apartment has a little outside table overlooking the view, we bought a takeaway pizza and had the most tranquil evening looking out over it. The host is very warm and friendly. We absolutely loved it!

2 Wochen Toskana

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön und entspannt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und der Ausblick mit dem Pool ist wunderschön. Laura und ihr Ehemann, waren sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Da die Unterkunft wie in der Anziege beschrieben sehr ländlich liegt, muss man nur bereit sein viel zu fahren. Vielen Dank immer wieder gerne.

Pool mit Fernblick bis nach Volterra.

Unsere Vermieterin, Laura war sehr nett und bei Fragen i..er erreichbar. Der Pool mit Fernblick und die gesammte Außenanlage waren super gepflegt. Ruhe pur, an einer wenig befahrenen Landstrasse. Die Enkel hatten reichlich Spielfläche auf der Anlage. Sogar ein kleiner Fussballplatz hatten Paolo und Laura angelegt. Top. Jeder Zeit wieder.

Wir sind Rückfällig geworden!

Als wir vor 5 Jahren dort waren war alles GUT. Jetzt war alles SEHR GUT. Die Wohnung renoviert, Der AufstellPool durch richtigen Pool ersetzt (schon groß/sehr gepflegt) und wie auch beim ersten Mal: sehr freundliche Vermieter die jederzeit um unser Wohl bemüt waren.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein absoluter Wohlfühlort. Es fehlt an nichts. Der neue Pool ist absolut gepflegt und wurde von uns oft genutzt. Die Möglichkeit Fußball auf dem hauseigenen Bolzplatz zu spielen ist perfekt. Die Tomaten aus dem Garten waren super lecker. Die großartige Aussicht ist einfach unschlagbar. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und kommen gerne wieder. Ganz lieben Dank an die Vermieter für die schöne Zeit!

Posto incantevole e struttura ben gestita

Location exceptionnelle !

Nous n'avons que des compliments pour cette location. Déjà, elle est excellemment située des grandes villes toscanes ( Pise, Florence). La vue des collines de la terrasse est splendide. Elle est adaptée en cas de fortes chaleurs ( ce qui était le cas pour nous) car la terrasse ombragée rafraichit l'atmosphère, sans parler de la piscine. Les propriétaires, très gentils et discrets, sont toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Le plus pour cette location est le terrain de foot privatif. C'est un bonus pour les enfants et ...les adultes. Pour finir, Chianni est un village toscan charmant et très vivant. Une locaton de haut niveau !

Sehr schöne Lage

Die Aussicht und Lage war super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren kurzfristig erreichbar und der Pool super. Dieser wurde zudem täglich gereinigt. Wohnung war super neu und mit allem ausgestattet. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen waren die Nachbarshunde die täglich ab 6 gebellt haben ohne dass sich jemand um sie gekümmert hat.

i cani sono due abbaiano alcune volte quando capita che il proprietario va a lavorare per pochi secondi . siamo in campagna e può capitare che cinghiali o caprioli ,volpi si avvicinano ,e possono abbaiare. comunque sono gli unici che si sono lamentati. sono dispiacuta se li hanno disturbati .

Keine der Bewertungen war übertrieben! Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, die Wohnung sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter sind so unglaublich freundlich und herzlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Außerdem hatten wir das Glück den Pool ganz für uns alleine zu haben, da die zweite Wohnung zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht belegt war 😉 Ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vero relax e città d'arte

La casa ha soddisfatto pienamente le notre aspettative, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Ottima pulizia, casa funzionale e arredata con gusto. Ottima posizione con vista meravigliosa. La posizione strategica ci ha permesso di visitare le città d'arte e alternarle a giornate di relax e passeggiate nei dintorni. La piscina e i giochi a disposizione hanno reso la vacanza adatta anche alle famiglie con bambini o ragazzi. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e accoglienti, fornendoci ottimi consigli. Una vacanza davvero indimenticabile. Ringrazio ancora Laura e Paolo per la loro ospitalità.

Herrliche Lage und tolle Wohnung

Die Aussicht ist einfach phantastisch und bietet zu jeder Tageszeit neue Impressionen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, mit Händen und Füßen konnten wir uns auch gut verständigen. Die Wohnung selber hat alles was man sich wünscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Urlaub in der Toskana

Ein sehr netter Empfang, ein "wow" Effekt nach dem Ausstieg aus dem Auto über die phantastische Landschaft in der das Haus steht. Die Wohnung: ein Traum. Alles lupenrein sauber. Große Zimmer. Auch trotz der großen Hitze, die wir hatten, konnte man auch ohne Klimaanlage gut schlafen. Man kann die Zimmer gut abdunkeln. Der Pool ist groß genug das wir zu viert unseren Spaß darin hatten. Die Wohnung im unteren Bereich (die wir hatten) hat den Vorteil das man direkten Zugang von der Terrasse zum Garten hat. Die Verständigung mit den Vermietern hat dank G. - Übersetzer vor und während des Urlaubs sehr gut geklappt. Wie in den andern Bewertungen schon erwähnt kann man von diesem Haus alle(!) Sehenswürdigkeiten gut abklappern. Bis zum Meer sind wir allerdings etwas weiter in den Süden gefahren weil dort die Strände nicht wie im Norden "Schirm an Schirm" stehen (Baratti and Populonia Archaeological Park - man parkt gut und relativ günstig ist direkt am Strand und der ist da auch noch kostenlos) Das einzige was uns ein bisschen genervt hat waren die vielen Mücken. Also Mückenspray und Antimücken Kerzen nicht vergessen (wenn die Vorhänge/Gardinen zu bleiben kommen die "Biester" auch nicht rein) Alles in allem: ein sehr schöner Urlaub 😎

Vue exceptionnelle

Vue splendide sur les collines de Toscane depuis notre grand balcon. L'appartement est situé au 1er étage, il est très fonctionnel, spacieux et propre. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus aussi. Propriétaires très discrets et sympathiques. On se souviendra de l'excellente confiture maison à l'abricot et à la pêche, ainsi que des fruits du jardin. Merci à Laura et Paolo pour leur gentillesse durant notre séjour. Maria et Carlos

Very pleasant stay in a charming appartment

We stayed at this lovely appartment for 8 nights in May 2019 (3 adults + 2 kids). The appartment has recently been renovated and is completey furnished (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). My kids loved playing football in the big garden, unfortunately it was too cold for the pool. Laura and Paolo are wonderful hosts, that really care about your well-being. Please be aware that La Pieve/Chianni is really remote but very centrally located in Tuscany. A car is definitely needed.
