Villa in Languedoc is a three storey house built in 1910, set in its own walled garden in the peaceful village of Cruzy. It is a two minute walk away from the village centre.
Master bedroom with ensuite wet room & walk in wardrobe, 1 double and 2 twin (can be made double) rooms.
2 fully equipped kitchens (1 with access to the garden), dining room, 2 lounges. Utility room. Garage. WC on each floor.
10m x 5m Pool saline, with shower. Seating area under an awning outside summer kitchen. There is further seating in the Mediterranean garden where you also can play a game of boules.
Basket ball and hoop.

Having longed to buy a property in the Languedoc for many many years we finally took the plunge and bought Villa in Languedoc in 2018. I have lived in several countries over the years but keep coming back to France. I work as an Independent Travel Advisor and my husband has his own driving school living on the Southcoast of Britain.

Why they chose this property

What's not to love about this villa? It's a bourgeois style house in a small quiet village with it's own walled garden and lovely large pool surrounded by vineyards. We have family a little further south and we have been holidaying in the area for the last 18 years.

What makes this property unique

This spacious house lends itself for family groups which is important to us as we are at least 12 whenever we meet up! Waking up and seeing the sunrise above the house tops is just as mesmerising as laying by the pool at night looking at the stars - no light pollution whatsoever - Amazing!
