Welcome to the Balmoral studio lodge, new in 2019. Beautiful & Bespoke luxury studio lodge fitted to an exceptional standard offering the perfect rural retreat ideal location for outdoor adventure. Extra large double bed with a flat screen TV. Open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area & bedroom. Separate wet room to include a massage shower. View of the pond leading out of the patio door onto a spacious veranda with garden furniture to include a swing chair, outside heating, outside shower, cycle rack, BBQ area and a luxury Private hot tub with a pergola shelter.

Your lodge has its own fishing peg, cost of carp fishing is £20 per day, half days are welcome. The pond is stocked with Carp only, the carp range from small to 20lb.

Log cabin

Amazing everything we needed plus more will be returning in the future, only thing would change is check out time to afternoon (ish) to enjoy the morning there also.

We invite our customers to come and relax and enjoy the piece and tranquility of the country side of Ellesmere. Staying in our luxury bespoke Balmoral lodge. You will have all you need and more to enjoy your holiday.

Why they chose this property

This property is in the heart of Shropshire. The country side is beautiful and peaceful with in 2 miles you are on the mere which is a place for relaxing, fishing, boating or just gazing at the views and wildlife.

What makes this property unique

The lodge is only 5 meters away from the end of the pond, it has its own fishing peg, there is carp in the pond up to 25 lbt. You can sit in your hot tub and have excellent views of the pond. There is an outside shower, outside garden area. Inside the studio lodge is an open plan area it has a large solid wood bed, it has an l shape kitchen area with all that is needed, raised solid wood dining table, flat screen tv, bose sound touch speaker, PS4. The wet room is separate.
