Villa Angelina is located in a prestigious and quiet condominium with private beach, multifunctional sports center and 24-hour guardian.
The villa consists of three bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large veranda on two sides. The private garden of 2,500 square meters ensures adequate privacy for guests, in the garden there is a shower (hot and cold water), 4 sun loungers with umbrella and a barbecue.
At 100 m there is the sports area with children's playground, 5 tennis courts, 1 basketball court, 1 soccer field, 1 volleyball court and 2 bowling greens (free from September to June); there is also a small bar, open in the high season.
At 400 m there is the beach accessible only by the condominiums, even by car as there are free parking spaces nearby.
At 800 m there is a market (La Cantoniera), a marina (Calaverde) with restaurant-pizzeria.
At 7 Km the Is Molas Golf Club.
At 10 km you can reach the wonderful beaches of Chia, Cala Cipolla and Su Giudeu.
At 10 km Pula and the famous Phoenician archaeological site of Nora.

A wonderful villa with a beautiful pool!

The villa is amazing, being set in a lovely, peaceful location and with a beautiful pool. We had a wonderful stay during the second week of September. Gabriele was very easy to contact and was most helpful when we had any queries. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking of holidaying in South Sardinia as we loved it!

Perfekter Familienurlaub!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche im Haus von Gabriele verbracht! Das Haus ist rundum gut ausgestattet, so dass wir den Urlaub mit unseren 2 Familien sehr genossen haben! Die Villa ist für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen!

The real Sardinia is in the south!

Sardinia is just an amazing destination and Gabriele’s place is in the perfect spot to discover some of most breathtaking beaches this island has to offer. The house is great for a big group or a family, clean and fully equipped. Jumping in the pool after a whole day at the beach is just icing on the cake. Gabriele is a great host! He helped us with tips and recommendations on pretty much everything we needed to know. Can’t wait to come back again.

Beautiful villa - perfect for large groups!

The villa is even more beautiful than the photos. Very clean and well equipped. Perfect pool. Plenty of bathrooms and space for large groups. Gabriele the host is so friendly and accommodating. His recommendations on local restaurants and beaches were spot on. Plenty of on site parking also. Villa within secure community with gates at main entrance and gates for the villa itself. We were a group of 3 but needed our own space but villa would be perfect for large group/ family gathering.

Très belle maison et accueil excellent!

La maison est très bien pour séjourner en famille et/ou entre amis, car spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le patio où nous avons passé d'excellente soirée et la très belle piscine. Les ados sont aussi allés le soir au petit club à côté pour rencontrer d'autres jeunes de leur âge. Nous avons pu aussi faire un tennis car il y a tout dans la résidence pour passer de bons moments. Il y a de très belles plages aux alentours. Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette très belle maison avec des ados et grands enfants, en famille et amis, après une semaine de navigation. C'était idéal d'arriver chez Gabriele, dans sa belle maison où tout est fait pour passer un séjour de détente. Merci à Gabriele et à sa femme pour leur accueil très chaleureux. Ils nous ont donné tous les conseils nécessaires pour passer un très bon séjour. N'hésitez pas, vous passerez de bonnes vacances !

Fantastica vacanza

Gabriele è una persona squisita e la sua casa si è rivelata perfetta per la nostra vacanza in Sardegna. Situata in un complesso residenziale molto servito, a pochi km da spiagge incantevoli, è dotata di tutti i confort. Perfetta per i bambini che hanno goduto del giardino curato al rientro a casa. Unico appunto (non per mancanza del proprietario) è relativo alla spiaggia condominiale che purtroppo era piena di alghe e non frequentabile - peccato sarebbe stata la ciliegina su una torta fantastica. Spero di tornare presto, grazie Gabriele!

Un 10 e lode più che meritato!

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni bellissimi e rilassanti in questa splendida villa, arredata con cura ed eleganza, dove non manca nulla e ogni cosa e’ al suo posto! Un merito in più per il patio , un vero salotto all’aperto, dotato di soffici divani e grande tavolo per colazioni,pranzi e cene con la splendida bouganville a fare da tenda naturale intorno alla casa , assicurando ombra e colorata quiete. In piu’ un grande giardino e la comodità della doccia esterna e del barbecue. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi , attenti e disponibili e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Il nostro voto? Un 10 e lode piu’ che meritato!
