Fitted kitchen with marble worktop, cooking piano, refrigerator US and a bay window. 4 bedrooms (all with TV) including a master suite with sea view, bed 160 electric, air conditioning, TV. 2 bathrooms. 3 covered terraces and uncovered. Any comfort: washing machine, dryer, and electric appliances, barbecue, sun, sun, hockey table, bicycles (4 adult mountain bikes and BMX 1) games for Xbox, 3D movies, etc ... Close to beaches, shops, golf , airfield, water park, amusement park, casino, disco, spa, cinema, etc ... We had a lovely time in this very well equipped and comfortable place. It has been thoughtfully decorated with taste and high quality materials. It possesses many different areas where fiends and family can gather for different times of the day. Lovely swimming pool and sauna enjoyed by all. As Arcachon has a maritime climate some rain might fall but the house is big enough for all to be inside and wait for the sun to come back. We highly recommend going to the Port du Larros to get your fill from the most delightful oysters. Finally Aain, the host, has been exceptional in the quality of his welcome and the speed and care he took in replying to any of our questions or queries.

Excellent séjour au bord du Basson d'Arcachon

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est conforme à l'annonce, avec une belle décoration et très bien équipée. Le jardin et les terrasses sont très bien aménagés. Le seul bémol, la salle de bain du 1er étage dans une des chambres. Le propriétaire est très réactif et très sympathique.

Effectivement, le petit bémol de la salle d'eau est du à un oubli de la personne qui est venu réparer une fuite d'eau et à oublié d'ouvrir une des vannes fermées pour l'occasion. Cependant le fait d'être resté sans eau chaude dans la salle de bain de l'étage pendant quelques heures n'est pas bien grave, sachant que sans ce plombier qui est passé en urgence, un samedi, pour faire une réparation provisoire, j'aurais dû annuler votre séjour. Aussi, on ne peut pas lui en vouloir. Cependant, vous ayez passé agréable séjour et c'est l'essentiel.

Ein außergewöhnlich schönes Haus zum wohlfühlen und genießen

Wir wurden pünktlich und sehr nett von Alain empfangen. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Es gab sogar ein tolles Willkommensgeschenk im Kühlschrank. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, Handtücher, Spültücher, Bettwäsche, alles ist vorhanden gewesen. Zwei große bequeme Couchs und ein sehr großer Smart TV. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Privatstrasse. Wir haben viel erkundet. Die Lage ist toll. Bordeaux, Lacanau, Arcachon einschließlich dem tollen Zoo. Wir sind auch an der Gironde lang bis Royan sowie in die andere Richtung bis nach Biarritz gefahren. Tolle Erholung fanden wir im beheißtem Pool und den Sonnenliegen. Die 3 Wochen vergingen wie im Flug. Wir würden gern noch einmal wiederkommen. Danke Alain, dass wir Dein Haus genießen durften.

Beautiful and tranquil!

The villa itself is very beautiful and comfortable, on may use different parts of the veranda located around the house, even next to the kitchen. You basically don't need a/c and can open windows everywhere, no mosquitos there. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The pool is clean and warm, all day in the sun. We have made several trips to the port of Gujan-Mestras to eat oysters (fresh and cheap) and visit local restaurants and also went to a kid's park and a climbing park with children (10 min drive). A big hypermarket is just 10 minutes drive, a very good carrefour foodstore is directly in the village. We have enjoyed our stay so much and cordially thank our great hosts! Please note that you need to communicate in French, but even with my very basic French it was not a problem.
