View Talay 1 is located in Jomtien, approximately a 10 minute walk from Jomtien Beach. The complex provides guests with many great facilities, including: huge palm tree lined swimming pool, children's pool, poolside restaurant, pool table, outdoor fitness center, table tennis, shops, parking, key card access, elevators, laundry services, CCTV, and gated 24 hour security.

This studio apartment is on the 2nd floor at View Talay 1 and features a living area with a sofa, and a European style kitchen that provides a fridge/freezer, kettle, hob, toaster and microwave. There is also a double bed, a flat screen TV, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a balcony.

There are a whole host of amenities in the local area that residents can take advantage of, including a vast selection of shops, markets, a variety of restaurants both international and local, bars, beauty salons, massage parlors, fitness centers and many water sports available on the 6 km golden sands of Jomtien Beach.

There are two great night markets in Jomtien, one on Beach Road (next to Jomtien Beach), which is open every night and popular for its many cheap food stalls among other wares. The other night market is the popular Thepprasit Night Market, which is held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, and well worth a visit - this is one of Pattaya's largest markets with many stalls offering a variety of goods, from clothes to electronics, and a large food area where you can sample a huge range of delicious authentic Thai street food.

View Talay 1 is on the main Baht Bus route, and for 10 Baht you can take a bus either to Jomtien Beach, or into the center of Pattaya where you can enjoy the bustling city, including a huge range of shopping, tourist attractions, more beaches and a lively nightlife.

There is an abundance of attractions in the area, including Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden, Pattaya Floating Market, the Sanctuary of Truth, Tiffany's cabaret show, the scenic island of Koh Larn and numerous golf courses to name a few!

- Check-in time is 1pm-6pm and check-out is 9am-11am (unless otherwise agreed in advance)
- Pets are not allowed at the property
- There is free parking on premises.

Please Note: As this is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel, utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be charged on check out.
A Security Deposit of 4,000 Baht is required on check-in, returnable on check-out.
