LIVING AREAS
The Air Conditioned ground level is open plan and has a lovely light, airy feel perfect for a vacation home.
The large cooks kitchen has everything you could ever want to cook up amazing meals and is stocked with all the basics (plus a few special treats) to help get your vacation off to a great start. With double doors leading out into the garden, you'll be spending many a night cooking up a feast at the BBQ and enjoying long, lingering meals at the big stone table as you watch the incredible sunset from your chair.

There is a spacious living area includes large picture windows looking out to the sea, flat screen TV, a dining table for 6 and big comfy sofas to lounge around on.

BEDROOMS
There are 2 good sized bedrooms both with ample storage and their own private balconies looking out to the sea. Wake up with a view and sip your morning coffee from bed - you're on holiday! The master bedroom has a Queen Sized bed with a TV and the 2nd bedroom has 2 singles.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 spacious Cycladic stone bathrooms (1 on each floor) with continuous hot water and is stocked with world famous Greek amenities from KORRES, and a hairdryer.

LAUNDRY
A washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying racks are provided upstairs.

THINGS TO DO
A charming village with gorgeous views to neighbouring islands of Mykonos (only a 20min ferry ride away!), Syros, and even Naxos on a clear day, Dio Choria is located with easy access to all of Tinos’ traditional villages and beaches. A quick 20 min drive to the beaches of Lichnaftia, Santa Margarita, to the west, Livada and Kolympithra to the north and Aghios Fokas, and Kionia, to the south. Enjoy traditional tavernas in Dio Choria and at nearby villages Arnados, Triandaros, and Berdemiaros less than 1.5 km from Dio Choria.

Small scale wine making is having a resurgence with wine makers coming to the island to tend the historic ungrafted vines. During your stay be sure to sample local wines, visit small scale wineries, artisan cheese makers and the award winning micro-brewery Nissos to fully enjoy Tinian hospitality and artisanal products.
