This beautiful Cycladic house located next to the Monastery of Panagia Kontiani with an astonishing view just 5 minutes walk from the traditional village Prodromos.

Fully furnished house which can accommodate up to 10 people. Only 5 minute drive from Logaras beach, 8 minutes drive from Golden Beach, the most popular surfing area in Paros. Fully integrated from natural environment with romantic atmosphere. The sun and breathtaking sunsets make it the most attractive destination for your holiday.

Stone-built residence of 100 square meters built on two levels; the ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms, one large bathroom, the first floor consists of a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and a large veranda. Outside the main living room there is a big balcony with a large wooden table. This table is large enough so as to be able to host beautiful dinners or lunches by hosting up to 10 people. From the balcony there is also a distant but nice sea view and nice views of the surroundings. Next to the table, there are two nice comfortable sofas for resting, reading and relaxing. Outside the kitchen there is a nice balcony to enjoy your breakfast or branch.

Excellent ! Accueil, emplacement, équipement.

Superbe villa bien équipée, positionnée à moins de 30mn de tout endroit de l’île. Un propriétaire a l’écoute de nos moindres désirs, fort sympathique. Des conseils à dispositions pour les visites et lieux à voir. Tristes de partir. On recommande à la fois pour le lieu et la sympathie du propriétaire.
