Enjoy the gated beach access and the many amenities Chateau La Mer II offers. Conveniently located on Scenic 98 across from Captain Dave's Restaurant, this property places you near the sugar-white sands and crystalline green waters of the Emerald Coast. Guests will love the serene atmosphere, with a grassy area in the back and side yards, complete with a community grill and dining space for your enjoyment. Inside, the spacious bedrooms feature brand-new matelassé bedding. The Master suite has a king-sized bed and a cozy sitting area, while the additional bedroom offers two queen beds. The living room provides ample seating and a pull-out sofa for extra guests. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, a new refrigerator, and a recently purchased stove/oven.  Chateau La Mer II offers many amenities, including a pool, tennis courts and an on-site management office for added convenience.  The property is ideally located near great shopping. excellent dining and other entertainment options.  Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the many public courses in the area, while boating and fishing lovers can explore Destin Harbor's charter boats and recreational watercraft.   - Come enjoy your own piece of paradise! 

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March.

Property 802

Our visit started out a little rocky at check-in as the keys were not left in the location as communicated by owner. I then learned the condo I booked and paid for #1001 had been rented to someone else. The owner changed us to a comparable condo #802 with the same number of beds and bathrooms that came with free 2 beach chair rentals and gave a small adjustment percent to rental daily rate. I originally thought the adjustment percentage would be off the total. Overall the condo was okay with the exception of the following: 1) Condo smelled like dog. A huge issue for me. We had to buy air fresheners to combat the smell. 2) Property listed as no pets, but saw several dogs being walked on premises including one in our building. One dog was a regular visitor to our front porch. 3) The guest bedroom beds were wobbly. 4) The patio screen door did not lock

Great location

Just a short walk to a private beach. The teenagers enjoyed the pool in the evenings. Not too far from some shopping, the mall, and the Harbor Walk. We will definitely book this one again.

Great but the A/C

The condo was clean and a great location. The only issue we had was the air conditioner. There was a sign saying to now drop the temp below 70. The rooms are warmer than the living room. So if you are used to sleeping in a temp lower than that I would suggest another condo.

Perfect beach vacation.

From the day I booked my reservation up to the check-in, the property owner kept in contact with me and assured me of a fun vacation to come. This property did not disappoint it was everything I imagined it would be. Had a great time and I will definitely be going back.

Good location and nice community

My family had a great time at the beach, the play ground, and the pool. Neighborhood was quite. It was not far from the beach by walking. The private beach was not too crowded and was very nice. The staffs were very kind. Overally very satisfied
