Lieu parfait pour une immersion en camargue

Le cadre était parfait, notre fille passionnée des chevaux a été plus que gâtée par ce séjour. La vue depuis la cuisine sur les champs et les animaux est idyllique. Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins avec nous et sont des personnes d'une extrême gentillesse. La situation géographique du mas est parfaite pour découvrir l'ensemble de la camargue. Je recommande +++

Reposant et depaysant

Logement qui correspond réellement à l'annonce. Personne très accueillante. Lieu au calme et dépaysant proche de lieux superbes à visiter dans un cercle de 30 à 40 km. Idéal pour se plonger dans l'atmosphère camarguaise.

Une belle histoire Familiale !

Bel espace dans le gîte, bien équipé avec climatiseur , nécessaire avec l omniprésence des moustiques . C est le tableau que l on se fait de la Camargue et de ses rizières..

Attention au surbooking !

Nous avions réservé deux gîtes pour un séjour en famille. À notre arrivée là propriétaire nous annonce qu'elle a fait du surbooking et que l'un des gîtes n'est pas libre. Elle nous "propose" alors un autre gîte à 1 km (en fait plutot 2 bon km) et pas du tout du meme standing. Pas un mot d'excuse, pas de proposition de dédommagement, la propriétaire nous a juste mis à disposition une table pliante, de la vaisselle et des chaises, et nous aurions dû nous estimer heureux comme ça. Nous avions signé un contrat et payer tout le séjour un mois avant notre arrivée, mais la propriétaire à l'air d'ignorer qu'un contrat engage ! Elle a eu l'opportunité de louer une semaine entière alors que nous n'avions réservé que le week-end prolongé. Dans ce cas il faut refuser de louer moins d'une semaine et non laisser croire que c'est possible. Dommage car les gîtes sont biens et le cadre est très agréable.

Bonjour, je suis plutôt déçue pour votre message alors que vous n'aviez loué chez nous directement sans passez sur le site d'Abritel, en fait lors de votre arrivée vous m'avez annoncé alors que je vous avez loué deux gites d'une capacité totale de 14 personnes que vous seriez 22 personnes pour une fête familiale que vous avez organisez chez nous, je n'ai pu en effet satisfaire a votre demande puisque je n'avez plus de disponibilité, je vous ai trouvé un gite pus grand à ma charge en effet chez des voisins dont le standing est inférieur, tout en étant confortable ce que vous avez accepté volontiers , les autres personnes en plus de votre famille sont allés à l'hôtel et certainement pas au même tarif; J'ai accepté gentiment que la fête familiale se fasse chez nous, je vous ai même emmené des tables supplémentaires et des chaises et de la vaisselle pour que vous mangiez tous ensemble ce que vous n'aviez même pas prévu( c'est certainement ce dont vous faite allusion) et cela gratuitement alors que d'autres vous les auraient fait payes, vous avez fait la fête pendant trois jours et en surnombre dans le gite pour 10 personnes alors que vous étiez 22 et je ne vous parle pas du bruit et des va et vient incessant pour les voisins; a la la fin de votre séjour, vous ne m'avez même pas remercier pour le prêt de matériel, vous etes partis sans payer la taxe de séjour et sans ranger et faire le ménage malgré le surnombre; je regrette que vous n'ayez pas apprécier notre accueil et notre hospitalité .
