The apartment is newly built, it has a large terrace with sea views and private garden, communal pool, three bedrooms, two of them with bathroom en suite with a maximum capacity of 5 people and a sofa bed for children. Washing machine at your complete disposal. The kitchen consists of large frigrofico, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron, ironing board, water heater, nespresso machine, blender, juicer, blender. Spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD, wifi, dining table for 6 people, 2 three-seater sofas. The apartment has three bathrooms with bath towels and for the beach at your disposal. Air conditioning hot / cold The area is wonderful consists of restaurants less than 100m and bars. Very close to the golf courses of Pollensa and Aucanada. Sailing school in Port Pollensa Kitesurf school very close.

Very well equipped and comfortable apartment in a quiet location a few hundred yards from the busier sand beach area. Eating on the terrace for breakfast and dinner was delightful with great views across the water. Good off road parking adjacent to the apartment. We were made very welcome and shown all the amenities. We did lots of cycling and enjoyed many restaurants in the Port a stroll away. Certainly hope to return next year.
The apartment was even better than expected. Great ground floor position with easy access to the outdoor pool (which we had to ourselves) and the beach (just over the road). We had lovely views of the bay from the terrace. Very well appointed apartment with all that we needed. Great lounge area and all bedrooms had own bathrooms. Thanks for the treats on arrival too.
We have just returned from a week staying if at the apartment, everything was perfect, lots of amenities and attention to detail. Excellent quiet location right on the sea. The apartment is one of 4 in the building, has a shared pool but we seemed to have exclusive use of it which was a bonus.
We hired bikes to get into town a bit faster but there is a supermarket and lively restaurants a few minutes away. Definitely want to return to this apartment. Thank you Remi and Isabel for a perfect stay 👌🙏🥰
