Villa Joseph - Fantastic holidayhouse with a unique seaview !

Villa Joseph is definitely a fantastic and exceptional holiday house, located on a peninsula on Presqu’île de Giens, close to Hyères (Provence-Var-Côte d'Azur), about 50 metres away from the beach and the sea. From the holiday home with private pool, a stone, natural staircase leads directly to the beach. On the peninsula, you will find many sports activities such as surfing, kitesurfing, water-skiing and boat rentals… A dream come true for beach and sea lovers.



The holiday house with a private pool comprises a spacious private and heated swimming pool (10x4m - open from may till the end of november - heating only possible on request and depends on the outside temperature) and a huge terrace with a unique sea-view.



The interior has Moorish accents in the living room, and can be called colourful and eccentric. There are large windows all around the living space, giving you impressive sea views from everywhere! Quality materials have been used and special attention was given to detail. The lovely decoration and harmonious colours make this holiday house very special.



On the ground floor, there is the master bedroom with air-conditioning and an adjoining luxury bathroom. An outdoor staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms. There are 3 double beds that can be separated into single beds.

Un coin de paradis

Super séjour dans un endroit idyllique Seul bémol la sécurité de la terrasse aussi bien au niveau des balustrades que du sol par endroit , laisse à désirer . Éclairage terrasse et parking ne fonctionnait pas

Giens

Arrivés sur le parking de la propriété accueillis par une crotte de chien, la propriété n’est pas entretenue, de nombreuses lampes ne marchaient pas le frigo s’est mis à marcher - le congélateur -que le mercredi après réparation par moi-même, serviettes dépareillées pas assez de couverts, pas assez de verres dépareillées aussi anciens ayant servis. Bref… belles photos sur l’annonce mais ne correspondant vraiment pas aux prestations par rapport au prix, sauf la vue sur la plage. Règles de sécurité non respectées autour de la piscine et autour de la terrasse qui est très dangereuse pour les enfants en bas âge notamment. Si vous souhaitez des photos je peux vous en envoyer il n’y a pas de problème cela permettra d’agrémenter votre annonce pour une future location. Heureusement que la météo était là. Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli a fait ce qu’il pouvait avec les moyens qu’on lui accordait . Rien à dire à son propos. Cordialement

We will talk to the cleaning staff and make sure that it will be better for future bookings. This property is in a decent state, but not new or recently renovated. So it is indeed possible that some minor defects may occur. Unfortunately we didn't receive a message from you during your stay to convey your concerns, we could have send someone over to fix the issues. We have taken these pictures with normal lenses and they are not adapted. We do believe that the price is very just, since in the same street a house is rented at double the price during your stay. One of a kind villa

Very pleased with location and the villa itself. Adjacent to the beautiful public sand beach with private access, small private gated community of villas felt private. The pool is spectacular and warm. You do need to drive to pick up any supplies, but you can walk to a couple of restaurants. The house is gorgeous with the open plan common area and walls of windows. The wifi wasn't strong enough at the separate lower bedroom level for our working remotely family member to do meetings there, so they had to work from the common area. The house could use more linens and a blender but other wise is very well equipped.
