Séjour très agréable , et appartement d'excellente qualité .
Rien à dire sur la qualité de l'appartement , ni sur l'environnement . Par contre je n'ai pas apprécié le fait qu'il faille que je paye la prestation du ménage sans en avoir été informé . En plus j'ai payé une somme lors de la réservation dont je ne sais toujours pas à quoi elle correspond . Pourriez vous me donner des informations par rapport à ça . Merci

Je vous remercie pour votre réponse et votre commentaire et je suis contente que vous ayez apprécié l'appartement et le cadre .
Par contre , je suis confuse quant à votre remarque au sujet du ménage , en effet cela est en supplément et visible normalement dans l'annonce .
Je vais donc m'en assurer et voir si cela est bien indiqué au bon endroit .
Il est vrai qu’avant c’était optionnel mais depuis cette année le domaine impose ce supplément aux locataires .
Je m'en excuse si cela à porté à confusion .
Quant à la somme dont vous souhaitez une explication , de quelle somme s'agit il ? Je n'ai pas de vue sur votre facture de mon côté , Si je peux vous aider ?
J'espère que cela n'enlève rien à la qualité de votre séjour .
