Overlooking the sea, a breathtaking view of the sea and the village of Cap d'Ail, close to the Principality of Monaco, Nice and the Italian markets in Ventimiglia and San Remo. The 29m2 apartment is located in the last floor in Residence Costa Plana designed a rock by the architect Jean Nouvel. The residence has a swimming pool, children's pool, a cozy snack bar, laundry facilities, table tennis, secure parking, 15 minutes by steps from the beautiful beach of Mala. Of scenic hikes to do around the residence, dog head, turbie, the coastal footpath, etc ... The residence located between the middle and lower cornice cornice, she also quick access from the motorway exit Monaco and the railway station 1 km. You will have a sea view on all the rooms of the apartment, consisting of a terrace of 15 m2 covered where you can relax, a living room with sofa bed 2 places TV DVD and mini channel, a room with a bed 2 places, a kitchen fitted with all the essential accessories, induction table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, a bathroom with shower, a small safe.

Superbe appartement

Très bonne expérience, de nombreux échange avant l'arrivée par mail avec les conseils et les recommandations de la part de l'hôtel. Très bon accueil sur place, piscine magnifique. Très gros avantage, une place de parking privé dans la résidence !!! Seul bémol, le nombre de marches et d'escaliers pour rejoindre l'appartement. Un grand merci à la correspondante sur place pour son amabilité, ses conseils et sa disponibilité. Je recommande sans hésite!

Superbe vue

L'appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Et il est surtout bien situé, tout près de Monaco et si vous aimez marcher, il y a le chemin des douaniers, mais aussi le chemin romain qui monte à la Turbie, c'est magnifique. Et après l'effort, vous pouvez contempler le très beau paysage depuis la terrasse en prenant vos repas. Très agréable.

Beautiful stay, but plan ahead if you don’t have cae

Beautiful!! Only issues were I was told I could get an Uber or taxi and waited an hour at the bus stop getting clobbered by bugs before I finally asked to get a ride from owners staff/friend - who quickly came to retrieve me . If you don’t know french it can be difficult to understand the check in to residence- the man did not know English and my French is crap! I had to figure it out on my own (which elevators led where, where I could get food). This is not something that a French speaking person would have any issues with! At first communication was great w Vince but then I had several unanswered questions before I left, which made me nervous. It worked out , tho I was surprised a cab to the airport was 110 euro. Just for people to know in future. Otherwise it was beautiful and clean and as described . The pool and the views made it worth it!

Résidence au top. Merci à Vincent d'avoir un appartement aussi bien conçu et de le mètre à disposition de vacanciers pour passer un séjour inoubliable et une vu à coupé le souffle. Très belle vue à couper le souffle et endroit calme

Nous avons apprécié ce séjour à Cap d'Ail. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description. La vue sur mer est fantastique et la piscine top! La région est très agréable à découvrir: Monaco est à 2 pas, le sentier des douaniers est très sympathique, les villages environnants sont charmants. Notre activité préférée a été l'excursion de 4 heures en haute mer au départ de Villefranche où nous avons vu des dauphins mais également une baleine et un cachalot...remarquable, on en a pris plein les yeux. Merci à Vincent et sa femme pour leur accueil.

Calme et apaisant

Idéalement située entre Monaco à 10 minutes et Nice à 20 minutes cet appartement a une vue sur la mer ce qui rend le lieu calme et apaisant. La piscine à débordement est très belle même si il faut 98 marches pour s'y rendre. La localisation de l'appartement par rapport à la piscine est une point positif si on cherche le calme et sans vis à vis. La place de parking en sous terrain est sécurisant. Les photos représentent bien l'appartement.

J'étais déjà venu il y a 2 ans et j'avais déjà beaucoup apprécié l'appartement : sa vue, sa situation, son équipement et le sérieux de Vincent, le propriétaire. Avec la clim', c'est encore mieux. Il est probable que je revienne en 2017 dans le même appartement; d'autant plus avec les améliorations programmées pour cet hiver.

Tolle Wohnung - nur zu empfehlen

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Jeden früh der tolle Blick auf Cap'd Ail und auf das Mittelmeer lassen jedem alles vergessen. Excellente situation

Ce petit appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter la région, tout près de Monaco, doté d'une vue exceptionnelle et très bien aménagé. Le soleil généreux de ce mois d'avril nous a permis de prendre nos petit-déjeuners "en terrasse" tous les matins, avec vue sur la mer ! Nous avons également apprécié la place de parking couverte en sous-sol et la proximité des commerces situés au coeur du petit village de Cap d'Ail (à 5 mn en voiture ou à pied avec un fort dénivelé). Notre "coup de coeur" va au Sentier du Littoral, qui permet de découvrir la côte et ses merveilles à pied (villas splendides, plantes exotiques, côte rocheuse) directement depuis le Cap d'Ail, bercés par le simple bruit des vagues. Merci à Vincent pour sa réactivité par mail/téléphone, et à Sara pour son accueil sur place.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans un cadre idyllique. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer nos hôtes, mais Mr Palmeri a répondu à chacun de nos messages. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, il est bien équipé. La résidence est très agréable avec la magnifique piscine que l'on apprécie aussi bien le matin qu'en fin de journée. Wonderful stay

Great apartment with million $ view! Home was very clean and really well equipped with everything we needed with the exception of beach towels which was no big deal. The infinity pool is a real bonus with lots of loungers and a great little restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Perfect location with private parking and just a very short drive into Monaco. Vincent was very kind and helpful. Will definitely go back!

vacances sans mauvaise surprise !!!

Au moment de la réservation, Mr palmeri était toujours très disponible et répondait rapidement par mail ou sms. Arrivé sur place nous avons été bien accueilli par vincent et son épouse avec visite de la résidence. Pour l'appartement tout est comme sur les photos. Un petit appartement très pratique avec tout le nécessaire, même plus !! Sans parler de la magnifique vue de la terrasse sur la mer et le cap d'ail. La piscine à débordement de la résidence est également superbe !!! pas de nécessité de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage ou à la boulangerie (plus sportif au retour avec les escaliers), nous étions également à Monaco à pied. Bref de superbes vacances avec beaucoup d'endroit à visiter aux alentours. Merci !!

Très belle situation. A proximité de commerces, et à 5 minutes en bus de Monaco en bus (ligne 100 pour 1.5 €). Vous pouvez vous rendre également à Monaco à pied par le bord de mer. A 30 minutes de Nice. C'était notre 2ième séjour à l'occasion du GP F1 de Monaco. Appartement clair, avec tout le confort; le propriétaire réalisant chaque année des aménagements et prestations complémentaires (wifi, clim). Le propriétaire laisse tout le nécessaire pour la vie quotidienne. Superbe vue depuis la terrasse, piscine à débordement, snack sympa avec Christelle et Michel. Surement à l'année prochaine.

Appartement parfait aussi en famille

Ici aucune mauvaise surprise. L'appartement est bien équipé, La terrasse permet de profiter de la vue sur mer (Défilé des Yachts qui partent de Monaco et des paquebots de Villefranche) et est une pièce de vie à elle celle. Pendant 15 jours on était avec 2 enfants (10 et 14 ans) qui ont pris la chambre. Avec la terrasse pas de soucis de place. La résidence est bien conçue (Piscine, resto avec bon rapport qualité/Prix). (On a même aperçu son architecte,Jean Nouvel, qui passait par là), Merci à Vincent pour cette location et ses conseils.

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR

Bel appartement et bien équipé. La vue est magnifique et encore plus belle que sur les photos. L'appartement est bien situé à mi chemin entre les plages et le haut du Cap d'Ail, et à 15 mn de la gare. Le restaurant de la résidence est très bien avec des prix abordables pour la Côte. La piscine est superbe et sécurisée pour les enfants. Pas besoin de voiture. Bon contact avec le propriétaire qui répond toujours aux questions et qui a laissé beaucoup de brochures locales pour les visites ( très appréciables ). Bref un excellent séjour !!

C'était vraiment un super séjour, la vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle, la piscine à débordement avec vu sur la méditerranée et cap d'ail fait rêver, la résidence est très propre ainsi que l'appartement. C'était vraiment un super séjour, si je peux y retourner ce sera sans hésiter.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Situé idéalement entre mer et montagne nous avons passé un excellent séjour: toutes les conditions étaient réunies: une vue époustouflante sur la mer, une terrasse ombragée, un appartement lumineux et parfaitement équipé avec chaque pièce donnant sur la mer, aucun vis a vis, une piscine très agréable , un parking ombragé et pour et pour ceux que les courses ennuient, un excellent snack. Bref des conditions optimales et en plus un point de départ pour les randonnées le long du sentier littoral ou vers les terres. Nous avons eu l'occasion de rencontrer les propriétaires très chaleureux et sympathiques Nous y retournerons bien sûr lors de prochaines vacances Nous recommandons cet appartement en couple ou en famille et remercions encore Vincent et son épouse

Traumhafter Blick, süße Wohnung, toller Pool

Der Blick von der schönen, großen Terrasse ist ein absoluter Traum und gleichzeitig das Highlight dieser süßen, kleinen Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen und sogar über einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz verfügt! Das zweite Highlight ist übrigens der Pool, den wir fast täglich genutzt haben! Cap D'Ail ist wirklich ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu so wunderschönen Orten, wie Monaco, Antibes, Nizza, Eze und Roquebrune und hat darüber hinaus einige nette Restaurants, einen sehr guten Bäcker und zwei Supermärkte, die man, wenn man sportlich ist, auch zu Fuß über die langen Treppen erreichen kann - wir haben jedoch meist das Auto genommen ;-). Schön fanden wir auch, dass uns die beiden sehr sympathischen Vermieter Mary und Vincent persönlich empfangen haben und uns für unseren ersten Abend sogar noch Getränke kaltgestellt haben - merci beaucoup dafür! Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung sehr gerne weiter!

Super séjour

Je vous recommande l'appartement de Vincent! Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. L'emplacement est idéal, la vue splendide, il y a tout le confort à l'intérieur de l'appartement sans oublier l'accès à la très belle piscine de la résidence. Married with one child, I am a native of Nice, I currently reside in my profession (policeman) in the municipality of ST Zacharie (Var), but I'm frequently on the French Riviera, because I have all my family and friends of Nice and the Roya Valley.

Why they chose this property

I love Cap d'Ail although I am originally from Nice, I like this place which is more typical and wild, yet close to major cities such as Monaco and Nice.
This residence is ideal because it overlooks the sea, near the village, beaches and access roads as A8.
Especially as it has a great pool and a great restaurant snack. It is ideal to feel close to all the sights of the French Riviera while in a dream place for holidays.
