A spacious 3 bedroom apartment in a typical Catalan village with all local amenities at hand. (Supermarket, bakers, pharmacy, restaurants etc). The apartment consists of a kitchen/diner, lounge/diner leading onto a large terrace overlooking the communal pool with fabulous views of the village, mountains and natural park land. There are 3 apartment blocks each containing 6 aparments which are mostly residential. The beach is 4km drive away. Buses run from the village into nearby Roses and Figueres.

My husband and I moved to Catalunya 2001 with our 13 year old daughter. We immersed ourselves into the mediterranean lifestyle making many Catalan and Spanish friends. My husband orignally worked on the golf course in Peralada and I worked in a private school in Girona. My daughter is trilingual and is now happily married with her own family. We absolutely love the unspoilt region of the Costa Brava although unfortunately due to our elderly parents my husband and I returned to England. We hope some day to return and live our dream but in the meantime we visit as often as we can as we love the culture, food and miss our Spanish/Catalan friends & family.
Why they chose this property
Its in a quite residential area with everything close at hand. We previously rented our property for 1 year with Owners Direct with great reviews and clientele wishing to re book the following year but unfortunately we had to withdraw our property as our newly married daughter moved in.
What makes this property unique
There are a good choice of restaurants in the village plus the village has its own infinity pool with gardens, bar and restaurant. During the height of the season they often have different events taking place .
