Magnifique villa

Très belle villa, spacieuse avec un grand jardin et une magnifique piscine ! Le salon est très grand ce qui est très agréable pour les journées où la pluie est présente. La villa est un peu excentrée mais ce n'est pas gênant et cela permet d'être au calme. Petites suggestions d'amélioration : pour la cuisine, les couteaux ne sont pas aiguisés ce qui est un peu gênant pour cuisiner ; il manque quelques produits d'entretiens pour faire le ménage ; la piscine n'est pas chauffée et la porte des toilettes séparées ne ferme pas. Malgré ces "petits bémols" (rien de grave), nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce lieu magique ! Je vous le recommande !

Belle maison mais excentrée

La maison est grande, beaux volumes, grand séjour, très beau jardin spacieux et sans vis à vis. Les chambres sont de bonnes tailles avec un coin nuit qu’on peut fermer. Maison de plein pied idéal pour couples avec jeunes enfants. Piscine de bonnes tailles même si peu ensoleillé à cause des arbres qui pourraient être élagués. Cuisine bien équipée. La maison est excentrée. 25min des plages du lac et 20 min de Biscarrosse plage. 6/8min en voiture du centre ville. La maison bien que assez propre mériterait un ménage de fond (bcp de poussière sur les rideaux, les tissus des chaises, canapé). Flexible cassé et porte de toilette qui ne ferme pas.
