Milner Cottage is a beautiful double fronted whitewashed cottage in the heart of Southwold. The property has been renovated to offer a contemporary living space with separate sitting room - ideal for children! Accommodation for six guests is over two floors with stylish interiors, window seats and a wood burning stove.
Southwold is a traditional coastal town famous for its pier, lighthouse, pastel coloured beach huts and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.
Sleeps: 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. Beds: 2 double beds, 1 x twin beds.
Accommodation Living area/kitchen: fridge and freezer, eye level double oven and electric hob, dishwasher and washing machine, extensive range of kitchen cabinets. Table and six chairs. Log burner, three seater sofa, two seater love seat and window seat. Sitting Room: can be either a quiet space for adults or a separate space for children - window seat, three seater sofa. Cloakroom: WC and hand basin.
First floor: Master Bedroom: double bed, bedside table, lamp, built in cupboard, chest of drawers, chair. Bedroom 2: double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, built in cupboard, chair. Bedroom 3: two 3' single beds, bedside table, lamp, chest of drawers, clothes hanging space. Cloakroom 2: separate WC and hand basin. Bathroom: separate bath, shower cubicle, WC, hand basin.
Entertainment: TV For Families: separate sitting room can be used for children with books and games. A travel cot (please note bedding is not provided), high chair and changing mat are available. Outside: enclosed front garden. Rear paved courtyard garden with garden furniture.  On street parking. General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Central heating. No smoking. Pets: pets welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
