Part of a traditional Aeolian house, the studio apartment is located halfway up the hillside just a few minutes from the port and the beach of Scari, surrounded by a large fenced garden orchard.
The house is on two levels with a cozy living area equipped with a comfortable sofa bed with a second removable seat, a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette.
On the large open wooden mezzanine is the sleeping area with a double bed, from which you can enjoy a splendid view both towards the sea and towards the mountain.
The environment, full of light, is surrounded by very panoramic, shaded and equipped terraces.
