Ocean Blue Vacation Home

** OPENING OFFER ** The house is located in the historic center of Villa de La Orotava having access on foot to all kinds of shops and leisure areas. It has been completely renovated and the work has been finished in April, being completely ready to be released. To guarantee your peace of mind and confidence, we inform you that the property is legally registered as a holiday home.

On the first floor there is a spacious living room, a small bedroom-office, a toilet, a bathroom and a kitchen-dining room on two levels.

On the second floor there are the two main bedrooms and a terrace of 40 m2.

On the third floor there is a room with washing machine and washing stone as well as a bench for weights to exercise outdoors on the adjoining 30m2 terrace.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, 1.80 m high fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils so that you can prepare a magnificent dinner.

Living room: Led TV 46 "Full HD with NetFlix. Comfortable 5-seater sofa.

Amenities: Bath towels and Beach / Pool, Gel and Shampoo, Beach shovels, Hairdryer, Clothes Iron, guide (prepared by the host) with the sites of "required" visit in Tenerife.

Parking: Large free parking area on the street.
