This Luxurious apartment is brand new, completed in April 2019.
The apartment looks down on to the famous Mount Lavinia beach, with it`s many bars and restaurants. The very popular colonial style, Mount Lavinia Beach Hotel is less than a 10 minute stroll along the beach.
Galle road is approximately 7 minutes away, for Banks, Supermarkets, Restaurants, International fast food, Delicious local fast food and of course, clothes shops and salons, and much more.
The master bedroom and the living room faces the beach and the ocean; the view in the early morning and when the sun sets in the evening, is magnificent, and the rest of the time the balcony is ideal for sun bathing or just entertaining.
The whole apartment is Air-conditioned and has fans everywhere. In case of power cuts, we have a generator that kicks in immediately so guests will never be without power.
PLEASE NOTE. Strictly NO SMOKING in the apartment; ash trays are provided on the Balcony.
We offer Satellite TV & WiFi Internet ( limited to 60GB / day ) included in the price.
Common areas of the apartment block is covered by CCTV and manned by security guards. No one comes to the apartment door without the guests being informed by security.
Everything needed for self catering is provided in the kitchen; except for the groceries.
If guests need Airport pick up and drop off , or tours arranged; we have our very capable and trusted drivers who speaks English, but guests will have to book this when confirming the apartment booking.
At the moment the Airport Pickup & Drop-off will cost £54 for a saloon car. When booking, please let us know the number of people in the group and a description of the baggage, so we can make sure we send a suitable vehicle.
Our manager will be there at the apartment when you arrive to welcome you, familiarize you with the apartment and give you the keys. The managers contact details will be sent to guests when the booking is confirmed . We hope to do everything possible to make your stay a comfortable one. Hope to see you soon.

The apartment is secure and good location.

I was disappointed with the Bed linen. Found blood stains and discolouration The water from the shower flows into the rooms as the drains are blocked The water from the rain storm flowed into the bedroom and lounge room as the water outlets were blocked Power cuts twice a day. Apartment has a generator but not switched on A broken kettle. The replacement kettle did not have an auto switch off and even the handle heated when water was hot Kitchen light is hanging from a wire Some days the water supply especially hot water was very low Security and building staff are very good and obliging The host was very cooperative with my daily complaints The surroundings are very dirty. It appears to be a dumping place of the areas garbage which is very unpleasant site

Hi I am Seevali, the one with the beard in the photo, with my wife Daythi.
We are originally from Sri Lanka but I have been living in the UK since 1969.
We have two sons and three lovely grandchildren. The grandchildren love this apartment because it’s on the beach and close to all the fast food restaurants they like.
The Dehiwala Zoo is one of there favourite places to visit when they are at the apartment.
We go to Sri Lanka at least 2 times a year, so we keep this apartment vacant for us to use while we are there.

Why they chose this property

This apartment is not too far from the city of Colombo but you certainly don’t get any of the hustle of city. The views are fantastic .
Extremely convenient for all your needs. We are big fans of the famous Colonial style “ Mount Lavinia Beach Hotel”, which is less than 10 minutes walk away.
