You can access the supervised beach 200 meters by a small forest path, for beautiful days of bathing. The lake Sanguinet is little steep, the water heats quickly and it's perfect for children. The beach is made of fine sand.

The house is bright, with beautiful terrace facing south.
A garden of 600 m2 closed gives on the pines of the littoral.
