A refurbished 2 bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment in Calahonda Golf with beautiful views of the Fairway and gardens on this select Gated Community with secure parking.
The apartment is located within the Calahonda Golf development forming part of and surrounded by La Siesta Golf Course, its a 15 mins walk to Calahonda Beach and all the shops, bars & restaurants on this popular resort.
Within 30min by car to Malaga airport, accessed easily from the AP7 motorway and 5 mins drive to the popular resorts of La Cala de Mijas, Riviera , Dona lola, & Cabopino and with Mijas, Fuengirola and Marbella all under 20min by car, as well as the glamorous Puerto Banus a little further.
There are some lovely beaches to enjoy including Puerto Cabopino, La Cala , Don Carlos, Esterellas and the boardwalk beachside promenade which stretches for miles along this attractive part of the coast.
The apartment is decorated to very high standards throughout. It sleeps 4 adults comfortably with generous kingsize and twin bedrooms. A recently fitted wet room/shower/wc, luxurious bedding, attractive contemporary seating and dining areas and a well equipped kitchen which includes a washing machine.
There are superb communal swimming pools amongst the well tended gardens and the excellent La Siesta 9 Hole Golf Course is literally at the end of your terrace.
The terrace offers the opportunity to relax in a peaceful and picturesque setting enjoying uninterrupted views of the pretty golf course.

Magnifico.

Hemos estado muy agusto y la casa y la estancia han sido geniales, muy agusto, muy limpio y confortable, para repetir. Como comentario para mejora, le falta una campana para la cocina la nevera es algo pequeña y un cubo de fregona y cepillo,para limpiar durante la estancia. Pero merece la pena sin duda la experiencia en la casa, nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa.

We've just bought our apartment this year and have spent a lot of time redecorating and furnishing it to make it a comfortable family space.
We wanted an apartment in this area a we have friends and relatives locally and our family enjoy spending time here. We chose Calahonda Golf because we were overwhelmed with how beautiful the development was,.
It also had the added benefit of 3 swimming pools, being in a gated community with secure parking and walking distance to a whole host of Bars and restaurant's that we love.
The apartment has generous light airy rooms and the terrace is huge and looks directly on to La Siesta Golf Course.
We so enjoy 1st thing in the morning here, sitting with a cup of coffee on the terrace just listening to the birds singing and enjoying our gorgeous view and hope you will too.

There’s space for plenty of clothes as both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and attractive bedroom furniture .
There’s a well equipped kitchen with everything you could need, including a washing machine .
The lounge is spacious and comfortable with smart tv and free WiFi, an open fireplace and a smart dining area .
The shower room has a large walk-in rainfall shower with body jets, vanity basin with contemporary storage under and soft close wc.
We’ve furnished the terrace for outdoor dining and relaxing so you can sit back and take in the beautiful views. At night it’s nice lit with feature lighting providing a great outdoor living space.

Three beautiful pools are at your disposal, all with picturesque views, there’s a tennis club opposite and the superb 9hole La Siesta Golf course.
You are surrounded by so many opportunities to dine out, there’s a host of lovely restaurants on the Calahonda strip, Dona Lola just across the coast road and Riviera all very close by.
You can go celebrity spotting at La Cala de Mijas , Marbella and Puerto Banus. Shopping is never a problem with local markets at Riviera, Fuengirola and by the bull ring at Puerto Banus. There’s a whole range of shopping malls close by and of course the designer boutiques of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
You can horse ride, quad bike, hire a boat, bike or car, all close by .
