About this property

Ideal for families and friends surrounded by mountainous and rugged landscapes

Rural house of slate, stone and wood, typical of the area of Black Architecture, located in the town of Palancares, one of the towns of Ocejón (2048 meters), on the route of the black villages, near Madrid, surrounded by mountainous and rugged landscapes, with native forest, ideal to spend a dream vacation in the comfort of a home for a romantic getaway, family or friends. With a comfortable interior and fully equipped to spend a few pleasant days and which of course could not miss the fireplace to give a romantic touch.

The house has 2 bedrooms with its terrace, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed (with which it could exceptionally be occupied by 6 people) and is located in the center of town.

Fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, heating, TV and Wi-Fi for free. From its terrace you can see the Ocejón peak with unforgettable sunsets.

Palancares is located within the area of Black Architecture, in the period of declaration of UNESCO as a world heritage site, you can make several bicycle routes, hiking and / or mountain. It is adjacent to Valverde de los Arroyos (one of the 25 most beautiful villages in Spain) from where you can access the spectacular Despeñalagua jetties of 120 mt. of height only 30 minutes walking on a very easy path. Close to the property there is a bar restaurant.

During your stay, guests will be provided with bed linen and towel services per stay, at no additional cost.

Todo genial, a la casa no le falta detalle y es ideal para una familia. Isabel está pendiente de todo, el primer día nos dio unas verduras recién recolectadas de su huerto y estaban buenísimas.El pueblo es muy tranquilo, no tiene ningún servicio (sólo un mesón que abre fin de semana). Para cualquier cosa te tienes que desplazar. Los vecinos se juntan todas las tardes en la plaza a pasar la tarde y el ambiente es maravilloso.Íbamos buscando desconexión y tranquilidad y dimos en el clavo.El paraje es brutal, naturaleza pura. Vimos un montón de animales sin apenas movernos.

Un lugar digno de visitarse

Nos alojamos en casa de Isa una amiga y yo para volver a visitar los pueblos de Arquitectura Negra, que hacía 30 años que no íbamos. Lo encontré todo muy cambiado. El bosque autóctono de Palancares es maravilloso, igual que el pueblo, y otros cercanos, siendo, en mi opinion Valverde de los Arroyos el más interesante. Las carreteras, eso sí, son un sinfín de curvas. Un rinconcito de nuestra geografía cuya visita es a recomendar. La casa, cómoda y completa, muy agradable.

Puedo decir que esta casa es la mejor en la que he estado. Todo nuevo y con todas las comodidades. De hecho, es mucho mejor que lo que se percibe por el anuncio. Isabel, súper atenta, amable y cercana, dando todas las facilidades tanto para la entrada como para la salida. La ubicación de la casa es perfecta para conocer la zona.
