Beautiful three-room apartment in a modern and elegant Residence, located in the city center but in a quiet side street of the promenade that becomes pedestrian in the evening, just 20 m from the beach. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double where it is possible to add a half or a camping bed and a double with two single beds, two bathrooms with hairdryer and shower and a nice living room with sofa bed with fully equipped kitchen, equipped with dishes, dishes and everything you need, microwave and dishwasher. There is a last generation air conditioner in every room and two flat screen televisions. Outside there is a balcony on the front and a nice large terrace overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, with table and chairs to enjoy fresh dinners on warm summer evenings.
The Residence is equipped with all the comforts, dedicated to families and managed by our family for three generations. We provide many services, WI-Fi fiber throughout the hotel, parking in a covered garage, bed and bath linen (with change of towels twice a week and sheets once a week), bicycles with seats, for children camping beds , high chairs, side rails and strollers that can be reclined and booked for the duration of the stay, a small library available, agreements with the beach, restaurants and discounted tickets for the aquarium.
