A lovely and peaceful stay. The host went out of his to provided us with detailed tips on enjoying this area. We even had the pleasure of swallows and their chicks on the upstairs balcony.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus und sehr freundliche engagierte Vermieter

Wir wurden gleich am ersten Tag, trotz später Ankunft ,sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, die große Terrasse, auf der man den Sonnenaufgang hervorragend genießen kann, ist zu jeder Tageszeit wunderschön. Auch die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, der Strand ist in 20 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen und einer der - wie wir finden - schönsten auf Pilion mit Tavernen und Cafe, alle liebevoll und unterschiedlich gestaltet. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und standen uns jederzeit hilfsbereit und mit guten Tipps zur Seite. Vielen Dank !!!! Wir können das Ferienhaus und die sehr freundlichen Vermieter nur auf ganzer Linie weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful house

Spotless clean, very well maintained and equipped, beautifully decorated and a lovely terrace with great view and shade morning as well as late afternoon. Ongoing communication with Vassisllis on WhatsApp as well as with his dear parents living downstairs - where to go, eat, shop etc. - they all know the area very well. Beside reading in in the hammock and enjoying the view from the terrace we spend many hours on Saranta, our favorite beach in this part of Pelion, just a short drive from the house. Lots of excellent tarvernas in the surroundings. The villages (our favorites were Kissos and Tsagarada) are rather quite but charming with huge trees and tradiotinal Pelion architecture. Don't miss a boat trip along the coastline. If you like hiking there are many opportunities, the landscape is characterized by mountain/hills covered in dense forest (we will return and explore the tracks when the kids are older!). We had a great week in Vassisllis house and warmly reckomend it! We hope to be back some time in the furture.

Tolle Unterkunft, atemberaubende Aussicht, sehr nette Gastgeber/Vermieter

Wir buchten für August 2017 für 2 Wochen, waren 3 erwachsene Personen und ein 10 Monate altes Baby. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter klappte reibungslos, im Vorfeld konnten alle Fragen geklärt werden (Buggy, einen Babystuhl, ein Babyreisebett und ein aufblasbarer Baby-Aussenpool wurden bereitgestellt). Die Übergabe der Wohnung klappte reibungslos, der Vermieter ist jederzeit per Handy zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig über 2 Etagen ausgelegt, die Treppe ist trotz fehlendem Geländer sehr bequem und sicher, es gibt neben der Eingangsterrasse mit kleinem separaten Gartenanteil (man darf je nach Saison auch Obst ernten) noch einen Balkon auf der Eingangsebene sowie 2 Balkone im Obergeschoss, einer davon mit Direktzugang vom 2. Schlafzimmer. Die beiden Schlafzimmer befinden sich zusammen mit einer kleinen Diele im Obergeschoss. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und gut verarbeitet, das Bad im Obergeschoss hat eine bequeme Dusche. Das Leitungswasser ist auch gleichzeitig Trinkwasser. Alles in Allem ist die Wohnung für 4 erwachsene Personen ausreichend, Platz zum Schlafen wäre, die Couch im Wohnzimmer eingerechnet, für insg. 7 Personen. Es gibt ein Doppelbett im 1. Schlafzimmer sowie ein Ausziehbett für 2 Personen nebst einem Doppelstockbett für 2 Personen im 2. Schlafzimmer. Von der Diele geht auch der 2. Balkon im Obergeschoss ab, dieser ist überdacht mit herrlichem Meerblick. Die Kücheneinrichtung bietet alles, um gut kochen zu können. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, jedoch kühlt es meist in der Nacht ab, sodass die Hitze im Sommer (Juli/August) im Haus erträglich bleibt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für Ausflüge mit dem Auto ins Umland sowie zum Erreichen der beiden sehr schönen Strände in Agia Saranta (5 min) und Chorefto (10 min). Wanderwege gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe, dies wäre aber eher was für das Frühjahr oder den Herbst (sehr empfehlenswert). Ohne Auto ist ein Aufenthalt hier nur schwer vorstellbar, also ein unbedingtes Muss. Wer also hier mit Autofahren kein Problem hat, wird mit der herrlichen Lage des Objektes belohnt. Uns war nicht bewusst, dass der Vermieter mit im Objekt wohnt, da wir eigentlich ein Haus zur alleinigen Nutzung gesucht und gebucht haben. Der Vermieter wohnte im Kellergeschoß mit eigenem Eingangsbereich, man lief sich eigentlich nie über den Weg. Jedoch war man am Abend nicht allein auf dem Grundstück, uns störte es nicht, sollte es aber wissen, wenn man nur für sich sein möchte. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder

Très belle maison avec magnifique vue

Très belle maison avec magnifique vue qui domine la mer. L’intérieur est récemment rénové. Les hôtes sont extrêmement accueillants et peuvent donner des conseils sur que faire dans les environs. La plage à 5 min en voiture/30 min a pied est simplement magnifique.

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer

Das Haus ist neu und verfügt über alles nötige. Vassilis ist immer erreichbar und hält eine Vielzahl von Ratschägen bereit. Der Garten ist wunderschön und wir durften selbst unsere Kirschen vom Baum pflücken! In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich einer schönsten Strände des Pilion, Agia Saranda. Allerdings sollte man unbedingt über ein Auto verfügen.
