Thank you for your review, we try to improve with your requests. Anyway, we do not have as a rule to place anything related by food because of hygiene reasons. That should be one time only used for each new rent.

We are very sorry that what we offered is obviously not what you were looking for. We would kindly recommend you to double check the website before renting your holiday house. This looks that you were looking for an isolated house in the forest but our houses are located in outside area of Arbucies which is a 6000 people village by the Natural Park Montseny. As such, the house you rented with a private swimming-pool and garden is surrounded by other houses with their own private gardens. We are very sorry that you were not in a completely isolated location. The main road is 2km away from the house. This is considered a very quiet and relax neighbourhood. We apologize that you got disturbed by the neighbours arriving and leaving in their cars. We are very sorry that the views were not what you were looking for but we never try to offer a different impression from what we have. So, you may have known what you were going to have just by checking the google map links included in the booking website and the pictures where you can clearly see what's arround the house. We are always very pleased to reply any kind of questions like that if views were so important for you because we have other houses with better views as well. We are really sorry that there was a lack of communication on this matter. Conserning the chairs in your swimmingpool, we have lot of chairs and towels for customers who request more or different items from the ones we supply, but we cannot supply cushions because it is a swimmingpool and humidity would make the chairs unsanitary. As an overall, we deeply respect your impressions but in our humble opinion you are complaining because the house was not something different from what we clearly offer in our website in accordance with its very affordable price.
