50 yards from village square, with view over surrounding hills and Casola in Lunigiana. Access is from village footpath over front yard, ideal for sunbathing. Front door at ground floor leads to living room with double divan, armchair, bookshelves, cd/dvd player and storage units. Internal staircase leads to first floor kitchen, dining area and bathroom. This floor can also be accessed via the exterior stone staircase. On the second floor is the bedroom with king size double bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers.

Tranquilla in piccolo borgo.

Casa su tre piani ben accessoriata in bella posizione. Ottima comunicazione con la proprietà. Noi l'abbiamo scelta per fare passeggiate in montagna ed in breve tempo si raggiungono punti di partenza per belle escursioni in Apuane.
