On the heights of Vence, you can enjoy the whole Riviera, from Nice to Monaco or Antibes to Cannes, without forgetting Saint Paul de Vence, but also superb landscapes during hikes through many kilometers of marked trails.
The villa is in stones, quiet, with swimming pool and panoramic sea view. It faces due south, a 5-minute walk from the Matisse Chapel and a 10-minute walk from the city center.
It includes a living-dining room and fully equipped American kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 of which open onto a terrace with panoramic views), a bathroom with shower and bath, a toilet.
The villa is surrounded by an enclosed Mediterranean garden of 1,500 m2.

The property is in an excellent location overlooking Vence with views down to Nice and along the coast. The villa is spacious well equipped and the pool is divine! Sophie And her husband are the hosts and are very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be back

Das Ferienhaus ist traumhaft schön. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung übertreiben also nicht. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, das besondere Highlight ist natürlich der Pool mit dem wunderbaren Blick Richtung Vence und Meer. Sehr angenehm war, dass die die Schlafzimmer über eine Klimaanlage verfügen. Wir können das Objekt ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlen und würden ohne Zögern wiederkommen. Sophie und ihr Mann sind zudem die perfekten Gastgeber! Sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Relaxing villa - French Riviera

We spent about 10 days in this Vence villa. From very first moment Sophie and here husband were very responsive, able to advice or help with anything. House is well maintained, all possible tools available, pool and views are absolutely lovely. Area is very quiet with plenty of restaurants and groceries in walking distance. Great spot for daily trips along french riviera cost, 30min Monaco/Nice/Antibes etc. I would recommend to anyone but for families this is great place.

Sejour ideal, une vue fantastique

Nous avons passe avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants des vacances superbes dans une lieu magnifique. Un acceuil VIP! Une situation geographique de la villa ideal a 5mn de Vence. Bref toute la famille a adoré ! Toute est fait pour se reposer en appreciant à la fois le décor interieur mais aussi le panorama exterieur ! Toute la famille sans exception demande qu une chose : de revenir l année prochaine.
