The Mermaid is a holiday apartment that spans the entire first floor of the former Mermaid Inn, which stood proudly behind the ferry port that historically ran men and livestock between Tal y Foel and Caernarfon. There is no shortage of space inside the apartment and with the welcome addition of a huge roof terrace to relax, you can take in the views and even unwind in the hot tub should you desire.
"What a wonderful holiday location! Right by the Menai Strait with only the sound of Oyster Catchers to wake you." There are some fantastic attractions right on your doorstep with Foel Farm Park and chocolate factory, the Sea Zoo and the Halen Mon site all within walking distance. You are also right on the Anglesey Coastal Footpath for intrepid explorers. Golf and horse riding are also available locally as well as the famous Hootons farm shop.

Town: A small village nestled on the banks of the Menai Straits on the Isle of Anglesey. Brynsiencyn is small yet delightful, hosting a shop, Post Office and a shop serving pizzas, kebabs and burgers. The village boasts some incredible views towards the delightful town of Caernarfon over the Menai Straits and even the dominant Snowdonia Mountain Range in the distance. There is plenty to do on the thriving island of Anglesey, the popular attractions of Anglesey Sea Zoo and Foel Farm are just a stones throw away, apart from this there are tonnes of spectacular beaches and history to be discovered. The tourist destinations of Beaumaris, Bangor and Caernarfon are all nearby and are all well worth a visit.
