Great summer location

Good apartment complex that has all standard essentials for a good vacation. The location is great, as you are literally on the beach. Easy check in, but you have to plan in advance and get all information and check-in time. Also, we liked the swimming pool, gym and parking options. The apartment is close to multiple restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The place doesn't have beach towels, umbrellas or toys. The good thing there are beach essentials stores near by. Self-check in. Beach towels.

Lovely property, great locations, no things to make beach going easier

The property was lovely, the communication was great, and the location is perfect. You can sort of view the sea from the patio, but more importantly, you can walk to and from the beach through the pool area so you can clean up before heading inside. The condo was very clean and well kept. There are two things that are helpful to know before you go. One, you have to schedule check in with a person. I was travelling from the United States so my access to the phone and email was a little limited at times, and I misunderstood what I needed to do. The person who checked us in was lovely, but we were exhausted, and all I wanted to do was get inside and take a shower so it was a little frustrating to wait. The other problem for us was there are no beach towels, umbrellas or chairs for the beach. If you are driving to the condo that is no problem because you can just include those things in packing, but we were not travelling around Spain with beach towels and umbrellas. We bought some towels and an umbrella from the market, but of course, we could not bring it home with us. This is not a deal breaker, but it is good to know ahead of time. Overall, this place is absolutely wonderful. There are all these great food and drink stands right outside on the beach. I would recommend this place. Just be prepared to find/bring some extras to make hanging out in the Sea more fun.

El apartamento y sus instalaciones de uso común. Ruidoso por las noches por culpa de los ruidos de la calle al estar tan cerca de un aparcamiento y un parque. Falta de privacidad con la situacion de la terraza al no poder cerrarla.

Alboraya espectacular

Excelente ubicación; la zona es genial para disfrutar de unos días de descanso y tranquilidad a la orilla de la playa de Alboraya. Todo en el piso estaba impecable; prácticamente a estrenar. Antonio nos recibió puntual y muy amable. No dudamos en regresar la próxima vez.
