Tranquil Sardinian break

Lovely property, clean pool and tastefully furnished home. The owner was friendly, approachable and easy to communicate with. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here in July 2024. The property is in excellent condition, with a wonderful pool that was spotless. A great place to stay and relax with great beaches nearby. Franco was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Not only that, when we left our glasses behind he made arrangements and paid for them to be shipped back to us in the UK.

Amazing Villa, Location and Host

Gli Ulivi exceeded all expectations on every level. The Villa is beautiful, was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything (of the highest quality!) we could possibly need. The beds are so comfy and we also benefitted from two brand new bathrooms. The pool is gorgeous and the perimeter of the garden has been fitted with a (100% natural) mosquito repellent system which works very well. Franco is a very considerate host who was constantly available by WhatsApp, as was the lovely Andrea, who checked us in and was so helpful during our stay. Olia Speciosa is a lovely village with everything you need on your doorstep and so close to many stunning beaches. Cantina Castiadas, around the corner from Gli Ulivi, has great wine at amazing prices (you can fill your own container for €2 per litre!). We fell in love with this beautiful, unspoiled paradise and if we are fortunate enough to return one day, I hope that Gli Ulivi is available as I couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. Thanks for everything Franco and Andrea!

Mitte September waren wir als Familie auf Sardinien und hatten hier in Castiadas eine wunderschöne Zeit erlebt.Es war für uns alle ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir konnten alles so richtig genießen.Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, der Pool ist natürlich auch etwas ganz Besonderes und die Ruhe und das Persönliche hatte uns allen sehr gutgetan.Bedanken wollen wir uns natürlich bei Ihnen auch ganz besonders, dass, wenn wir mal ein Anliegen hatten, sie immer erreichbar für uns waren und auch für uns ein offenes Ohr hatten, um uns mit ihrem Rat zur Seite zu stehen. Und auch Ihr Verwalter vor Ort, es war sehr schön und nett ihn kennenzulernen, mit ihm Kontakt zu haben und auch er hat immer wieder auf unsere Anliegen gleich und schnell reagiert.Sie haben sich eine schöne Oase geschaffen und wir können uns gut vorstellen, sollten wir wieder einmal auf Sardinien Urlaub machen, dann auch bei Ihnen wieder als Gast zu verweilen.Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit für uns alle, vielen Dank.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus nahe Costa Rei

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die neuen Bäder sind sehr schön. Auch die Betten sind bequem und in der Nacht war es ruhig. In der Küche findet man alle notwendigen Utensilien und der gemauerte Kohlegrill funktioniert super.Der Pool und Außenbereich laden dazu ein auch mal einen Tag in der Villa zu verbringen. In ca 10 Minuten ist man an der Costa Rei, wo man einen traumhaft schönen Sandstrand vor findet.Im Ort ist ein Supermarkt, Metzger, Bank und fußläufig auch diverse Restaurants.Die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert und Franco hat via WhatsApp immer schnell geantwortet. Der Check In und Betreuung vor Ort durch Andrea war sehr gut und herzlich.Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus im Süden Sardiniens

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Francos Haus sehr genossen. Es ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Insbesondere der Pool (und die Klimaanlage!) haben wir an den heißen Tagen sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in der Siedlung Olia Speciosa der Gemeinde Castiadas. Das Nötigste gibt es vor Ort (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Pizzabäckerei Folle). Villasimius und die Strände sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Francos Haus ist eine klare Empfehlung!

Traumurlaub in einer Traumvilla

Zwei Wochen haben wir einen fantastischen Urlaub in Francos Haus verbracht. Das Haus und das komplette Anwesen sind in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist top, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr großzügig und werden regelmäßig gereinigt und gepflegt. Auch den großen Grillbereich haben wir oft genutzt. Es sind die vielen Kleinigkeiten, die uns begeistert haben und die einen Unterschied zu anderen Häusern ausmachen. Sogar eine automatische Eiswürfelmaschine ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten mit Franco, Paola und Andrea jederzeit sehr nette Ansprechpartner, die uns immer mit Tipps weitergeholfen haben. Vielen Dank an euch! Der kleine und ruhige Ort ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die zahlreichen Strände und Buchten in der Gegend. Aber auch Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns jeden Tag einen anderen Strand gesucht, das war wirklich toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele Grüße von Nils und der ganzen Familie!

Un oasi della pace...

Dal primo momento,non appena si entra in contatto telefonico con il signor Franco, si percepisce la sua cordialitá e disponibilitá. La casa é semplicemente un sogno, non manca proprio nulla e dal primo minuto si entra in MODUS RELAX.Siamo stati accolti dal gentilissimo Andrea e un altretanto gentilissimo ragazzo che ora mi sfugge il nome. La disponibilitá era massima, come se fossimo amici da sempre,e non turisti che vengono la prima volta. Il signor Franco puo essere molto fiero dei suoi collaboratori.La casa era pulitissima e anche qui va nominata la gentilezza della signora responsabile alle pulizie Ci siamo sentiti molto,molto bene, anche se di solito eravamo abituati a fare la vacanza in albergo. La privacy e la libertá d azione sono stati i punti di forza che ci faranno ritornare. Per non parlare di quella fantastica piscina con idromassaggio compreso. La Villa degli ulivi é diventata un po anche casa nostra. Una vera oasi della pace...

Bellissima villa con piscina

Abbiamo trascorso con la famiglia una settimana in questa spendida proprietà, curata in ogni dettaglio dal proprietario Sig. Franco sempre disponibile e reperibile per ogni informazione. All' arrivo sareti accolti dal Sig. Andrea il quale vi consegnerà le chiavi e vi illustrerà i vari servizi della proprietà, anch' esso molto disponile per qualsiasi richiesta. Quindi piscina privata in piena privacy, patio per pranzi e cene, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, wi-fi e SKY box multilingue con oltre 100 canali disponibili....il relax è assicurato!!! Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere!! Il mare è a 5 minuti di macchina, la zona servita da un ottimo supermercato, ristorante e bar. dettaglio da non trascurare in quanto più unico che raro, la macchina del ghiaccio disponibile in cantina 24 ore su 24 We spent a week with the family in this splendid property, cared for in every detail by the owner Mr. Franco, always available and available for any information. Upon arrival you will be greeted by Mr. Andrea who will give you the keys and will show you the various services of the property, also very available for any request. So private swimming pool in full privacy, patio for lunches and dinners, air conditioning in all rooms, wi-fi and multilingual SKY box with over 100 channels available .... relaxation is guaranteed !!! Definitely an experience to repeat !! It sea is 5 minutes by car, the area served by an excellent supermarket, restaurant and bar. Detail not to be overlooked as more unique than rare, the ice machine available in the cellar 24 hours a day!!!
