The garden of Salento - Lecce - Holiday Home

Ancient dependance recently renovated, very bright and independent.
The house is completely independent and fenced with respect to the rest of the property, except for access from the driveway which is shared with the owners.
It consists of entrance-living room, kitchen complete with dishes and microwave, two double bedrooms and a bathroom which is accessed from one of the two bedrooms. In each bedroom, with a daily supplement of € 20.00 each, a single bed (convertible pouf) can be added. There is also a large garden with gazebo, wooden table, chairs, barbecue, sitting area and a couple of sun loungers, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation in the company of loved ones.
The house is finely furnished, equipped with TV, air conditioning and wifi. Immersed in nature and equipped with every comfort, it is located in a quiet residential area and offers its guests total privacy and complete relaxation. It is also strategically positioned because with short journeys it is possible to reach both the city of Lecce, which is about 1.9 km away, and the most beautiful beaches of Salento. It is in fact very well connected through the two ring roads that wind around the city of Lecce and allow to reach, in a few kilometers of fast road conditions, both the Adriatic coast (Torre dell'Orso, Otranto, Santa Cesarea, Castro Marina) and the Ionic (Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo, Maldive del Salento).
The neighborhood offers everything you need, 1 km away there is a well-stocked supermarket, a pharmacy and a laundromat. A 10-minute walk away there is also a large sports center with a playground, where you can play football, soccer, padel, running, etc ...

A 5-minute walk away is an affiliated horse club F. I.S. IS. (Italian Equestrian Sports Federation) where you can take riding lessons at all levels.

The evocative historic center of the city of Cavallino is only 10 minutes walk away.

The Baroque Lecce, located just 1.9 km, can be reached in a few minutes by public transport.
