The house offers a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Como and Valtellina. Thanks to its strategic position, it is close to the beaches of Domaso, Gravedona and Gera Lario, and also allows you to easily reach all the places and services of interest, including water sports, trekking and mountain-bike routes. Free tennis court at 5 km.
You will have an 80 m2 apartment. newly built with a large living room with sofa bed, satellite TV and video library, kitchen complete with appliances such as fridge, freezer, dishwasher, maxi oven, toaster, Italian and American coffee, grill for meat, a bedroom with a double bed, a bed bunk bed, a large bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and large shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Bath and bedroom linen included.
Externally you will have in exclusive use the garden, the covered terrace, the terrace with pergola overlooking the lake and barbecue ideal for breakfasts and dinners in absolute relaxation.
Private covered parking space and free internet. Public swimming pool at 3km.
Information service on the main activities and tourist attractions in the area with wide availability of brochures and maps.

Stunning view of lake como

The view from this apartment is just stunning. The place is very comfortable and spacious. The place have everything you need, and if you enjoy exploring the beauty of lake como then is well situated. Oreste is a good host and very responsive. We can only recommend staying here!

Best view

This appartment has a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. It has a beautiful terrace and it is very nice that there is a fence. It’s is big enough for a small family but a bit more cutterly and glasses would be nice otherwise you are washing up right after every meal. The hosts are very friendly!!

Amazing view of the lake! Easy to get into town and close to facilities.

This apartment has one of the best views over the lake. Just stunning. Overall the apartment has what you need and the owners are available if you need anything. You would need a car here, however if you don't mind a hilly walk it is easy enough to walk down to the lake and restaurants but you would need some fitness! I can't recommend this place enough. If I am just being picky then the one thing that was frustrating was the internet. It is not consistent and we struggled to even listen to the radio let alone do any work. If this can be rectified this place would be 5+ stars! Super value for money and would have no hesitation staying here again.

Magnificent View & Comfortable Home with Kind Owners

Oreste and Veronica are gracious hosts with a warm and comfortable home in Vercana. The home is as-presented except that the pergola on the patio is now beautifully covered with jasmine, not the wicker shade. Good for families with a 2nd bedroom with bunkbeds & full-sized bed. Master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed and a window with that amazing view. Plenty of clothing storage for longer stays. Patio area is sturdily fenced with a self-locking gate (safe for children); soft, real grass (not astro-turf); a small garden plot with ornamental plants; rosemary for cooking. Outdoor dining table comfortable for 4-6 persons. Shower large enough for 2 people or an adult + child for getting the little-ones bathed – also comfortable for larger guests. Plenty of hot water. Good kitchen to cook in. No ice-maker that we saw and little room for ice trays in the freezer. Ask the owners about this – they may have a solution. Care has been taken to ensure a comfortable and stylish stay. Garage is good for smallish vehicles. Discuss parking needs for groups (4-6?) requiring larger vehicles. Fairly level entry & exit to garage - important for cars w/standard transmission. Our favorite time of day was morning coffee or evening cocktails outside with that magnificent view during the chiming of the church bells, which start nearby and continue sequentially down the lake valley, creating a peaceful and melodious moment that was charming and romantic. Thank you Oreste and Veronica!

Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber.Alles so positiv, wie von vielen vorherigen Kommentaren kommuniziert. Die Lage mit dem Blick auf den Lago di Como ist herausragend. Oreste besitzt das Restaurant AJO in Domaso, welches wir sehr empfehlen können. Speisen- und Getränkeauswahl waren sehr gut. Der Service als auch die Lage sehr gut. Vielen lieben Dank für die tollen, ruhigen und entspannten 2 Wochen in der Villa VaLuRi. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Tout simplement mémorable

L’italie, la Lombardie, le lac de Côme, Vercana et la villa Valuri, les ingrédients d’une recette pour passer un merveilleux séjour. La villa est belle, fraîche et spacieuse, nous nous y sommes tout de suite senti comme chez nous grâce à nos hôtes très discrets mais toujours présents quand nous avions besoin d’eux. Le cadre est idyllique, la vue est magnifique, le lac et ses montagnes vous appartiennent, le soir sur la terrasse un verre à la main devant les villes éclairées encore un moment privilégié . Vous êtes au calme et le matin les oiseaux chantent … Nous vous conseillons aussi le restaurant des propriétaires AJO à Domaso, on y mange très bien, encore une vue imprenable sur le lac et des serveurs sympathiques et aux petits soins. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour, dur de retourner à notre quotidien.

Alles super. Netter Vermieter. Tolles Haus, tolle Aussicht, aber man muss natürlich auch 3,4 km auf den Berg. Auto oder E-Bike braucht man schon.

Vakantie op z’n best

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad aan het Comomeer!! Vercana is een mooie uitvalsbasis om vele mooie plaatsen, stranden, markten te bezoeken. Ook zijn er volop activiteiten. Voor ieder wat wils. Oreste is een perfecte gastheer die ervoor zorgt dat je niets tekort komt. Het uitzicht op het Comomeer is subliem.. Het huis is superfijn! Kortom, voor herhaling vatbaar!

Très chouette appartement avec une vue magnifique, juste ce qu’il faut à distance de l’agitation de la ville, bien au calme! Les locataires sont adorables et aux petits soins. Ils répondent extrêmement vite à toutes les demandes et sont très arrangeants! Merci encore pour cette semaine!

Geweldig verblijf met prachtig uitzicht.

Wij hebben in 1 woord een top vakantie gehad. Het uitzicht is echt waanzinnig. Van 's morgens vroeg tot 's avonds laat heb je een prachtige plek om lekker te zitten en van de bergen en het meer te genieten. Die 2 weken dat wij er zaten was er wel regelmatig een feestje in het dal wat we boven goed hoorde. Toen wij het boekte hadden we meteen goed contact met de eigenaar. We konden hem alles vragen en hij antwoorde super snel. Ook konden we bij aankomst er iets eerder in dan stond beschreven, doordat we app contact met hem hadden. Super fijn! Het huisje is wat gedateerd maar prima nog. Het huis is ruim opgezet en met meer dan 4 personen kun je er prima verblijven. Helaas zijn de bedden erg hard. Die zijn wel aan vervanging toe. Douche en badkamer prima. Wij hadden een zoontje van 3 jaar bij ons. Bij aankomst stond campingbed, eveneens als onze bedden netjes opgemaakt. Wat een service! Iets naar beneden rijden was er een grote speeltuin voor ons zoontje. Super! Verder was er in de omgeving weinig te doen voor hem naast zwemmen. Je mist bijv. een waterpark met glijbanen of een dierentuin oid. Dat is jammer, maar wij hebben ons desondanks 2 weken prima vermaakt. We zijn meerdere keren wezen wandelen, bootje gehuurd, lekker wezen zwemmen aan het meer(naar beneden rijden en parkeren). Meerdere dorpjes en stadjes bezocht. De stad Varena is een ecnte aanrader. Tip: zorg voor genoeg muntgeld ivm parkeren. Kortom, prachtig verblijf met heerlijk en super mooi uitzicht!

Super Wohnung mit traumhaften Blick

Die Bilder in der Beschreibung entsprechen nicht der Realität. Die Wohnung ist in der Wirklichkeit viel, viel schöner. Sehr schöner umzäunter Garten, perfekt für Familien mit Kleinkinder. Auch eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder ist vorhanden, ebenso eine Steckdose für die E-Bikes. Für das Auto steht eine eigene Garage zur Verfügung. Und auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Check-in ist relativ einfach- man bekommt einen Code für den kleinen Safe mit den Schlüsseln. P.S. Der Safe ist in der Garage unten. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Bei unserer Ankunft haben uns die Besitzer ne Kleinigkeit zum Essen sowie eine Flasche Wein vorbereitet. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Erwähnenswert ist auch das Restaurant "Ajo", der sich in der Stadt an der Uferpromenade befindet und den Hausbesitzern gehört. Hier bekommt man wahrscheinlich das beste Essen am ganzen Comersee. Das Haus liegt oberhalb des Sees, ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand ist leider nicht drin. Man ist immer auf das Auto oder auch E-Bikes angewiesen. Ist man aber oben angekommen, wird man von der grandiosen Aussicht einfach überwältigt und alle Strapazen sind sofort vergessen. Da die nächsten Gäste 2 Tage nach uns einchecken würden, hätten wir ohne Zuzahlung auch die 2 Tage länger bleiben können. Wir haben in der Wohnung eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und können sie ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Comer See - für uns entdeckt

wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen am Comer See verbracht. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung, die Eintrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Aussicht war grandios. Die Vermieter waren sehr zurückhaltend aber dennoch äußerst freundlich, herrvorragende Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Wir haben uns sehr über den Wein, das Wasser etc bei unserer Ankunft gefreut, ebenso über die spontanen Leckereien am Abend. Unbedingt im Restaurant Ajo essen gehen!! Fantastisches Essen, fantastischer Blick auf den Comer See. Als störend hätten wir die beiden Baustellen empfunden, wenn wir nicht jeden Tag das neue Urlaubsrevier erkundet hätten. Trotzdem würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schön gelegen

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen mit einer klasse Aussicht. Leider ist das hintere Schlafzimmer etwas dunkel und es kann nicht richtig belüftet werden. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Traumhafte Panoramsicht!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Sommerwoche am Comer See! Die Wohnung ist in einwandfreiem Zustand, es war alles blitzsauber und sehr gemütlich,man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt! Die Panoramasicht auf den See ist wunderbar, einfach nur toll! Es gibt vor der Wohnung genug Platz und Sitz- bzw. Liegegelegenheiten, um diese Aussicht so richtig zu genießen! In dem oberen nach hinten gelagerten Stockwerk wohnt die Hausbesitzerfamilie. Es ist eine sehr nette ruhige Familie, die immer ansprechbar ist, aber nie aufdringlich! Die Familie führt das Restaurant Ajo in Domaso direkt am See , wo man bei bester Aussicht lecker essen kann! Einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo es auch immer frische Brötchen gibt, kann man gut fußläufig erreichen! Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder! Een heerlijke vakantie in een mooi, schoon en leuk huis

Een mooi en schoon vakantiehuis gelegen tegen de berghelling met een prachtig uitzicht op het Como meer. Van alles voorzien. Van airco tot smart tv. De eigenaar is, ondanks dat hij geen Engels spreekt (google translate :-)), erg gastvrij. Zij wonen boven het appartement maar daar heb je geen last van. De omgeving is prachtig. De weg naar het huisje is een typisch Italiaans kronkelweggentje maar goed te doen.

Une vue à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse du logement

Logement très spacieux et bien équipé, idéal pour 5 personnes avec une vue impayable sur le lac ! Petit regret :les travaux aux alentours qui viennent perturber le calme de l'endroit ! La balance est cependant très positive !

Grazie mille Marc per la tua recensione. I lavori nelle vicinanze purtroppo recano un po di disturbo, ci dispiace molto anche se questo non dipende da noi. Entro due mesi il cantiere vicino non darà più fastidio e tutto tornerà come prima. Vi auguriamo una buona continuazione, siete stati ospiti gentilissimi!
