Studio farm cottage with full kitchen close to beaches, wineries and Arroyo Grande Village. Outdoor patio with firepit and seating. On quiet street, surrounded by oak covered hillsides, wineries, and world class horse ranches. Lots to do here: beaches, kayaking, hiking and wine tasting. or just sit and read a book and listen to the birds! Come meet our goats, Cody and Cooper. They'd love to meet you! 9 miles from San Luis Obispo, 10 miles to beach. 4 miles to great restaurants and stores in AG Village. Capacity for additional person on hide-a-bed. Well behaved PETS WELCOME! Internet with HBO and Netflix.

Amazing Stay!

My mom and I booked this bunkhouse for a little weekend trip and it exceeded expectations! The property is beautiful, the hosts are very friendly, and the goats are too cute! 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Quiet and relaxing get away

My boyfriend and our dog enjoyed our stay in this cottage. The place is a short drive to the village and the beach. Our dog had fun at the off leash dog beach that Mary recommended.

Cozy Stay

It was a cozy stay for us and our 2 dogs. We stayed for 3 nights and we were able to really kick back and relax after we had been driving a lot the previous couple of days. The location is fantastic as it was closer to a lot of fun things and the area/neighborhood was also cozy with farm animals and vineyards close by.

Perfect location near Green Gate Ranch

We needed a place to stay for 2 days while attending a wedding nearby. Steve and Mary were very accommodating and the rental was perfect for the two of us and our dog.

We really enjoyed our stay with our dog, the place is very peaceful in the countryside, enjoyed sitting on the front watching the goats and going for long walks. House was very clean and had everything we needed.

Mary and Steve are the nicest and the bungalow is delightful. Close to so many things, but quiet enough to listen to the coyotes. Would love to stay again.

Charming guesthouse in Edna Valley

We were absolutely charmed by this small but very well appointed guesthouse. Delightfully decorated and it came with farm fresh eggs in the fridge! It's a rural setting just ten minutes from Arroyo Grande or San Luis Obispo. We look forward to staying there again.

Peaceful Retreat

We enjoyed our stay in the country. Its a beautiful spot and close to wineries, ocean cities, Arroyo Grande and SLO. It was perfect for the two of us. Sipping coffee in the am and watching the stars at night were relaxing and restorative. Would definitely stay again.

Great little bungalow

Sign on the outside said "bunkhouse" which may overstate the size of the accommodations a smidge, but all the basics here just outside of San Luis Obisbo. Hosts were friendly and everything was there and working for a peaceful weekend. Thanks!

Relaxing getaway

We had a great time staying at Steve & Mary's place and would definitely recommend. They were both very kind and helpful and checked in when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The studio is small but cozy and is stocked with all the amenities. We also enjoyed seeing the goats!

Comfortable stay in the Bunkhouse in wine country, but near towns and businesses. Short drive to coast and beaches. Good entertainment and great kitchen and facilities. Lovely interesting hosts. Only regret, we didn't stay longer.
