Panoramic Ocean View Guesthouse, 5 blocks to beach in Ocean Beach

Perfect for a single or couple, this getaway was built in 2012 and was used by just family and friends until mid-2017. Approximately 400sq ft of living space, plus a large deck, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, full bath, ample seating and a new queen size bed. Plus highest-speed internet for guests working from home or streaming Netflix or Prime.

Owner lives in main house on the property, but structures are separate and private. Private driveway/parking space for use by guests. For longer stays, laundry is available. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided. Pets are welcome, and a friendly dog lives on the main part of the property.

The commercial area of OB is just a few blocks downhill, with retail, restaurants, and bars, as well as surfing and swimming beaches.
