Our beautiful 3-bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is set in a tropical garden with unique architecture. Enjoy all-year round sunshine by one of the four swimming pools in an award winning complex. You can sip a delicious cocktail in a pool bar, set out on a beautiful hike nearby or relax by the ocean & beach 5 minutes away.

Ideal for a Family stay or if you travelling with friends! We are close to the amenities and shopping, and only 15 minutes bus drive to the centre of the town.

Guests can enjoy this fully furnished duplex apartment comprising huge, sunny terrace with very comfortable outdoor furniture, large living room with TV and American style kitchen with all amenities.

Wi-Fi is freely available in the communal areas of the complex, and there is a high-speed Internet provided in the apartment itself. The complex is safe, with a 24-hour security guard at the entrance.

The property is pushchair and wheelchair friendly as most of the property is on one level and no stairs from the entrance to the living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and the terrace. The third double bedroom is located downstairs with a private bathroom and shower.

For your safety we steam clean the apartment, change all linens and towels after each guest, and leave a sufficient gap between the bookings to make sure all areas are disinfected, properly aired, and there is enough time to deep clean.

Relaxing holiday

Sunny the host was very helpful, he picked us up from the airport and showed us around the complex as well as taking us to the supermarket and then explaining everything in the apartment, which was spacious, well equipped with everything needed.There were two of us so plenty of room. Very good storage in all rooms. Large wardrobes with plenty of hangers. Bed very comfortable, no air conditioning in the bedroom but there was a fan.The living area did have air con.The outside patio/ balcony area was very large, plenty of room for sun bathing, sitting and eating.Very close to the pools and pool bar, the food was excellent and good value for the money. There are 2 small mini markets for essentials about 300m walk from the apartment. A larger supermarket down by the Hard Rock hotel. The area is quite hilly and because there are ravines walking there takes a while and walking back is up a long steep hill. There is a bus (471) which helps. Also taxi service but they are not very happy doing a short journey! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Séjour agréable

un petit ensemble de maisonnettes très typiques, bien situé, proche des commodités, de l'accès à l'autoroute, de Costa adeje, de Puertito qu'on gagne à connaître. Très calme la semaine, plus bruyant en soirée le week end. L'isolation acoustique des logements est limitée. Accueil très agréable par Sunny. Maison très propre, à proximité des piscines sans être exposée au bruit des baigneurs, belle et grande terrasse avec superbe vue sur les toits originaux et sur les très nombreux parapentes qui passent très près

Wonderful Stay at Adeje Paradise

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment just a few minutes away from the sea at costa Adeje. The apartment is situated in a safety monitored apartment complex with three swimming pools and a beach bar. With car you arrive beaches, shopping center, groceries stores and so on in just a few minutes. We enjoyed our visit, thanks to Sunny. Our host made us feel welcome and supported us with tips and helpful recomandations.

The tranquil gardens, unique architecture and a stunning surroundings of this complex are just some of the features to be enjoyed during your stay with us. Having a bar/restaurant within the complex is a big bonus, especially if you enjoy spending your time by the pool, but there is plenty of options to be enjoyed outside. We are also located a walking distance to the Hard Rock Hotel, which provides some of the best entertainment in town, but also short drive from Playa de las Americas famous for the nightlife in the South coast of Tenerife.
