This apartment has been completely renovated and equipped with everything needed for a great stay!
- Room with double bed;
- Full bathroom;
- Kitchen + living room with sofa bed for 2 more people;
- Internal balcony with seating area;

The house is equipped for all types of stay, whether it be a small retreat for a weekend or a month. It has several public means of transport in the neighborhood, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and points of tourist interest.

The property is easily accessed on foot, by car or public transportation.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Going down the street from the apartment you will find the street of Cedofeita, a historical commercial street where you can find several traditional shops, restaurants of all types of cuisine. At the end of this street you will be in the center of the city, where you can find the Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, Aliados Avenue and nightlife area.
It's a very quiet and quiet street, however, it's a just a few steps from the cosmopolitan part of Porto!

The best way to get around in the center of Porto is to walk. However, if you do not want to walk or if you want to go to other parts of the city you will find public transport (bus and metro) nearby.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
