About this property

Two-storey house 300 meters from the sea in the center of Lido di Camaiore, one of the most famous resorts in Versilia. It is just 10 minutes from Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta and Viareggio, 30 minutes from Pisa international airport, an hour by car or train from Florence, 15 minutes from Lucca, about half an hour from the Apuan Alps. Arranged on two floors, it consists of a large outdoor patio covered by an electric awning equipped with table and chairs to eat outside, useful outdoor shower on the way back from the beach and two bicycles available. Ground floor with large living room with sofa and full hd TV, equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine, which if required also works as a dryer. On the first floor double bedroom, twin bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with shower. In the house there is independent heating and also air conditioning. Free WIFI. The house is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 children, smoking is prohibited and pets are not allowed.

NOTE: The consumption of water, light and gas is counted separately with the reading of the meters. Care is required when using air conditioning.

Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo

La villetta in realtà è una piccola porzione di villetta: gli spazi sono molto ristretti soprattutto per la zona notte. Livello di pulizia accettabile, peccato per la mancanza del cambio di asciugamani e per il fastidioso via vai di formiche in cucina. Arredi dozzinali, soprattutto per le camere: i letti e il divano sono davvero scomodi. In generale una delusione rispetto al prezzo richiesto (incluso il calcolo esoso dei consumi alla fine del soggiorno). Uniche due note positive: la vicinanza al mare e la disponibilità delle ragazze addette all’accoglienza.
