About this property

Located on the first line of Zurriola beach and in front of the Kursaal. A large apartment of 190 m2 ideal for a large family, a large group of friends or several couples. The apartment has WIFI, smart tv and the possibility of hiring parking in front of the building.
Upon entering the Kursaal apartment and the first thing we find is a huge living room with balconies overlooking the sea and the modern Kursaal center. This spectacular apartment is divided between the living and TV area, the dining area and the beautiful, modern and perfectly equipped kitchen; It has three balconies with views of the sea and the modern Kursaal center.
The main room with double bed and bathroom en suite. On the other side of the living room and the kitchen are the other three bedrooms, all of them with bathroom en suite with independent access to a large terrace. All bathrooms in the apartment are fully equipped including shower.
The Kursaal apartment has wifi, smart tv and the possibility of hiring parking in front of the building.

Best location, beautiful place!

Loved the location of this beautiful apartment! We were central to everything we wanted to see and be near. Jaime was very pleasant to work with and answered all our questions regarding the details of the apartment which made everything run smoothly for us!

Fabulous apartment near beach

We had a wonderful stay here. Apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. Our host Jaime was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around. He was very gracious and made us feel welcome. The location is wonderful. Close to beach, restaurants, and shops. Great experience-highly recommend!
