House located in Cortijos Las Negras on a plot of 500 square has 5 bedrooms the 3 of the first floor with hilly air has a large terrace for 8 to 10 people next to a beautiful barbecue the house is 300 from the center of town there is also Wifi is in a quite quiet street the ambulatory is the supermarket the stalled is in the town. Las Negras is a pretty quiet town

Hola los AA funcionan me desplace dos veces un el aire estaba en mal puesto la segunda con un técnico y estaba en calor Los AA estaban todo el en marcha a 17 grados suerte co no se estropeó Nadie hasta ahora se a quejado Un saludo

Hemos estados 10 personas entre adultos y adolescentes. La casa es amplia y cómoda tal como indica el anuncio. La ubicación es genial muy cerca del pueblo y a media hora del resto de playas. Antonio el dueño ha sido muy amable. La recomiendo.

Bien située à 7 min du centre à pied , quartier calme, bien conçue pour deux familles et enfants, parking facile devant la maison mais non ombragé Manque une piscine et mobiliers très Vintage mais rien ne manque

NO ESTÁ DENTRO DEL PUEBLO

Está más a las afueras que en el pueblo. De hecho no está en la dirección que se indica sino en otra calle. Se puede ir al centro del pueblo andando pero tienes que travesar un camino a oscuras, bueno, con linternas. La casa está bien pero excesivamente cara para lo que es. Pasamos mucha calor, abajo no hay aire acondicionado. Lo único a su favor, la persona que nos recibió fue correcta y amable, le pedimos información de la zona y nos llevo una guía actualizada del Cabo de Gata.

Inmejorable estancia

Hemos un grupo de 9 personas y la estancia ha sido súper cómoda ya que había 3 baños, muy espaciosa,mucha limpieza y la comunicación y atención del propietario bastante bien. Todos hemos coincidido en que hemos acertado quedándonos aquí, cerca del pueblo y de la playa. Muy recomendable.

Lo mejor de la casa es el porche donde puedes hacer toda la vida, desde el desayuno hasta la cena, sin pasar calor.

Casa grande y fresca a un paseo de Las Negras

Hemos estado muy a gusto en este chalet espacioso y bien equipado. Algunos de nuestro grupo ya habían estado aquí hace un par de años, y el recuerdo de la comodidad de esta casa nos ha animado a repetir. No está en el mismo Las Negras, con lo que hay que dar un pequeño paseo para llegar al pueblo, pero así te libras del posible ruido nocturno. Es una urbanización tranquila desde la que desplazarse a cualquier rincón de Cabo de Gata.
