A thoughtfully renovated pet friendly Traditional Welsh Fisherman’s cottage within two-minutes of the water’s edge. Nestled in an off-street terrace, you’ll be tucked away in a peaceful location but also close to the heart of the village. The listed property is perfect for couples and individuals looking to relax and enjoy everything the local area has to offer.
The cosy lounge welcomes you in with a comfy seating area, log burning stove and adjoining dining area.
SMART TV, DVD Player, DAB Radio and unlimited internet are all included.
Painted floor boards lead from the front door, through to the kitchen and bathroom, both of which are modern, clean and practical.
The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, oven and washing machine. The bathroom has a hand basin, W.C, shower and heated towel rail.
Upstairs, you’ll find a high-ceiling, dual aspect bedroom, flooded with light. A super king size bed, dresser and built in wardrobes mean you’ll feel at home and have the space and comfort necessary to relax and recharge. There is also room for your own travel cot if required.
The cottage is centrally heated with the option of using the log burning stove for a cosy afternoon or evening in.
Kindling and logs are available to purchase locally.
Bed linen and towels are included, along with a parking pass for the nearby car park.
Two quiet and well-behaved dogs are welcome in the downstairs areas of the house.
The elevated terraced garden to the rear of the property is a great location for al-fresco dining providing a view over Aberdovey’s roof tops and the hills inland.
The cottage is close to cafes, pubs, restaurants, art galleries and shops. Aberdovey harbour and Yacht Club have magnificent views over the estuary and towards Cardigan Bay. Just a short stroll from your doorstep, three miles of golden beach awaits you and the surrounding hills, forests, lakes and rivers are ready to be explored along with Aberdovey’s renowned links golf course – a must for any enthusiast!
Aberdovey can also be accessed via rail and bus routes and with all essential amenities in the village and nearby towns, you could even leave the car at home!
