When you enter the house, you will find a staircase that leads up to 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a Super King size bed and 2 sofa beds. The en-suite has a bathtub, separate shower and double sinks. It also has a large private terrace.
Bedroom 2 has a Super King size bed, an en-suite with a shower and a large private terrace. The bed are made up as twin beds.
Bedroom 3 has a Super king size bed, an en-suite with a shower and a private balcony. The bed are made up as twin beds.
Bedroom 4: On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a king size bed that also are made up as twin beds and an en-suite with a shower. This bedroom has french doors to a private patio.
On this floor you will also find the fully equipped kitchen with a large peninsula, a stylish dining room, a comfortable lounge and a guest toilet. In the basement there is a game room with a ping-pong table, a basket ball game and a dart board to keep everyone entertained. There is small free weights home gym. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located in the basement. Sonos Sound System can be downloaded and be used in- and outside. Lovely patios for lounging. A large lawn with 8 sun loungers. Walking distance to the beach, super market and restaurants.
