Small cozy, functional and comfortable apartment, just renovated. Quiet area near sports facilities and parks. Ideal for walks in the historic center and walks in the mountains. At the foot of the mountain, above the Via Francigena (Km 21) the Bagni di San Filippo natural spa (Km 9) near the Park of Val d 'Orcia (Km 26) and the Brunello di Montalcino. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers and business travelers
