This beautiful apartment is located in the luxurious beach resort Hacienda Playa at one of the most beautiful beaches in Elviria - Marbella. The friendly looking apartments are surrounded by subtropical gardens with two large swimming pools and a children's pool. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a spacious partly covered terrace of 72m2 followed by a private garden with own sunbeds and sun most of the day. From the private garden you enter the communal subtropical gardens with swimming pool and children's pool. On the sun terraces around the pool are free to use sun beds. The apartment has a ample living room with comfortable sofa and armchairs, a dining area and sliding doors to the terrace. There are 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and both with en-suite bathroom and sliding doors to the terrace. The fully equipped modern kitchen comes with all necessary equipment. All rooms have air conditioning cold / hot. There is Free WiFi Internet available. The apartment is situated at only 300 meters walking distance to the beach and the beach restaurant Merendero Cristina. The commercial centre Elviria with 3 supermarkets, several good international and local restaurants, tapas bars, shops and a taxi stand is located at only 15 minutes walking distance (1 Kilometer) from the apartment. At 600 meter distance from the apartment you'll find the world famousNikki Beach Club Nikki Beach is by far the best beach club in the area.

Unbeatable location and very nice and comfortable apartment. Huge and amazing terrace and garden area with easy pool access. Short walk to the beach and some nice beach restaurants. The mini supermarket around the corner is ideal. We only used the car a few times. Thanks for everything.

Comfortable and well equipped on the whole. Proximity to the beach and restaurants a real bonus. A nearby supermarket is very handy. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. The pools were both excellent. We had 3 weeks here and will return.

Beach only 5 minutes away.
Loads of restaurants within walking distance. Simbads was one of our favourites. It's very popular so better to book in advance.
Bring some insects repellent or antihistamines but if you forget there is a pharmacy about 15 minutes away.
Needs refurbishing as it was very tired looking
Kitchen needs new doors
Lounge needs a sofa that you can wipe over
Rug needs throwing out as very dirty
Curtains stained
For the amount we paid it wasn’t top notch as we expected it to be

Une belle propriété qui manque de gestion personnelle
Nous avons apprécié cette propriété quant aux éléments de location, propreté, sécurité et conditions générales des installations ainsi que des fournitures de base, ce à quoi VRBO nous avait habitué dans la passé.
Par contre, pour cette propriété, il n’y a aucun accueil sur le site, seulement quelques pages brochées pour l’accès aux clés dans le centre ville d’une localité à 20km de notre destination avec un code chiffré pour y avoir accès et directions pour s’y rendre.
Lors de notre arrivée a l’appartement, il était clair que certains éléments de l’ameublement n’étaient pas représentatifs des annonces faites en ligne et que pour les éléments de literie, il n’y avait qu’un drap et un duvet par lit, mais après quelques échanges, on nous a fourni des draps additionnels.
Pour ce qui est des effets mobiliers faussement représentés, on nous a parlé d’amélioration et si tel était le cas, je n’aurais pas signalé la situation. Vous comprendrez que les annonces en ligne sont un facteur appréciable considéré pour le choix .
Malgré tout , cette propriété est définitivement un endroit que nous avons apprécié et nos remarques sont plus adressées au (x) gestionnaire (s) qui sont physiquement absents et leurs réponses ne servent que leurs intérêts et aucunement pour l’occupant..

Thanks for your feedback. We are glad you had such a nice holiday and enjoyed the apartments facilities, cleanliness and security. Check in time is normally from 16:00 pm. You had a very early arrival flight at 07:45 am, before our opening hours. So we gave you the possibility of a very early self check in so you would not have to wait around all day but could collect the keys on way to the apartment and start enjoying your holiday right away. Which you accepted. It is not a 20 km detour as from Malaga you actually had to pass by our key safe location on way to your apartment in the rental car. All the instructions were clearly emailed well before arrival to which you replied all was clear and well received. In addition to sending the instructions per email, we printed it off and stapled them together and put them in the key safe together with the 2 sets of keys, in case you forgot or lost the instructions during the journey...We were in touch shortly after your arrival and you informed you liked the apartment and found it well kept. You then indeed mentioned that one set of bed linen per bed was provided. This was also mentioned in the rental terms. In summer time it is easy to wash and dry within a few hours. However due to your longer stay, we asked the cleaning company to deliver you an extra set at the earliest convenience to make your stay more comfortable. Also you mentioned that the coffee machine was not working very well. We then went right away to you to deliver a brand new coffee machine of course. And to check if everything else was to your liking. Sadly you were not home but you said it was fine we left the new coffee maker during your absence and received your thank you email later. This is why we are a bit surprised to read you found us absent during your stay. Some furniture has indeed been replaced lately. To keep things up to date and in good state. Nothing was removed or not there that is advertised though, just new sofas and dining chairs + tv cabinet. Of course taste is personal. You will appreciate that in busy times with little time between changeovers we cannot go to all accommodations to arrange new photo shoots of each upgrade or change. If it is an important change or refurbishment we of course would. Also during your stay whenever you had a question even outside opening hours, we replied right away and helped you out happily every time. Nevertheless we are glad to hear the apartment is definitely a place you have enjoyed.
