Privileged position of the independent apartments with panoramic terrace and spectacular view of Lake Bolsena and its islands. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Guests can use bicycles and canoes. Terme di Saturnia at 40 minutes. Orvieto and its wonderful Cathedral half an hour's drive away as well as Pitigliano, Sovana, Civita di Bagnoregio and many other villages that are worth visiting.

Golf course nearby. Possibility of using a riding stable in the immediate vicinity. Trips and excursions to the Bolsena lake and its islands are organized in the neighboring countries. Visitors can use barbecues in the common areas furnished as terrace and garden, both with lake view.

The independent rooms with private bathroom have a kettle with a choice of infusions and herbal teas. During the summer, guests of the apartments can personally collect the products from the organic garden. Pets are allowed on request

Tolle Unterkunft in toller Lage

Wir waren für 3 Nächte untergebracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Joseph und seiner Familie! Der Blick von der Dachterrasse über den Lago di Bolsena ist es alleine schon wert hier zu buchen! Zum Inventar des Anwesens gehört außerdem ein sehr freundlicher deutscher Schäferhund namens Boss. Auf Wunsch sperrt Joseph den Hund natürlich kurz weg, wenn Gäste ankommen und abfahren, so dass es zu keiner Begegnung kommt. Wir haben uns aber nach jedem Ausflug bereits darauf gefreut, an der Unterkunft wieder herzlichst von Boss begrüßt zu werden :)
