Cocooning 2 rooms apartment, about 40m2 for up to 4 people, located on the 4th floor with elevator, large west facing balcony with superb unobstructed view to enjoy the sunsets.
Halfway between ocean and downtown and within walking distance.
Supermarket at 100 meters.

- Microwave, oven, inductions plate (x4), Dolce & Gusto coffee machine etc ...

- Sofa new rapido Italian quality, with sleeping mattress 140x190cm Dunlopillo 15cm thick.
- Large HD TV.
- WIRELESS.

- Bed with BULTEX mattress 160x200cm.
BATHROOM
- Shower.
- Washing machine.
SEPARATE WC.
Local bike collective.
Weekly rates from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.

The apartment must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as your arrival otherwise 75 € will be retained for cleaning costs.
