About this property

The cozy Casa Limón located in the Órgiva field, opposite the famous Poqueira ravine is the ideal base to discover La Alpujarra. The house is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, even smart tv with Movistar + and Netflix), has a private salt water pool of 8 x 5 m. and a farm of 14,000 m2 with many trees and fruit trees and is surrounded by flowers throughout the year. Enjoy the views of our beautiful valley from one of the several terraces.

The house has 2 more or less independent floors: the ground floor has a bedroom with a bed of 1.40 x 2.00 m and a door that leads to a terrace covered with climbing plants; a bedroom with 2 single beds; a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink; a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen and dining room have a door leading to a covered porch with table and chairs and a barbecue. By an external staircase you reach the upper floor: there is a bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed. with air conditioning and a small balcony; a living room with a door that leads to a terrace of 40 m2 with sun loungers and a sofa to enjoy the views and relax in sun or shade; an office / reading room with a small balcony and a small kitchen with sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and table with chairs. The house has fireplaces in the living room, dining room and office and has central heating. The pool is located right in front of the house.
In Casa Limón you have the complete privacy of home, pool and garden.

You arrive at Casa Limón along a partially unpaved road of 2 km (5 min.) From the Órgiva to Pampaneira / Trevélez road.
From Casa Limón you are in 15 min. of car in the picturesque Pampaneira with its restaurants and cozy shops, Órgiva with all its services is in 20 min. To the beautiful Granada you arrive in 1 hour and to the beach in 45 min.
After a day exploring the surroundings, it is wonderful to return home to Casa Limón, but it is also recommended to relax in this home and enjoy the garden, view and swimming pool!

Friends getaway

The perfect secluded mountain retreat. Ans was fantastic from start to finish, really communicative and helpful, quick to address all of our questions. Most beautiful villa and views

I spent 2 months at Casa Limon during the lockdown and could not have wished to be anywhere else. Lovely big place with excellent views of the mountains. Peaceful and very relaxing. There are plenty of walking routes to unique villages and I could not recommend this place enough. Both Ans and Johan, who own the villa were always on hand to help with anything. They are wonder people and I look foward to coming back for another visit.

Mountain top villa

We spent the most spectacular time at Casa Limon. Our hosts Ans and Johan were fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about our time here. I would highly recommend this place as part of your Spanish tour. We hope to be back some day!

A gem of a place with fabulous views

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Limon, however 3 days is not enough. I am not convinced a week would be enough either. Ans is such a warm and welcoming person, ready to help. The views are utterly astonishing and the cold salt pool is lovely and refreshing in the hot sun. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and there are many terraces and seating areas from which to take in the view. We will be back without a doubt. Thank you Ans.
