Comfort holiday home (WIFI, pool, 3 terraces, fantastic view of the mountains)

Wonderful view, relaxed atmosphere, outdoor pool.
The house has 84 square meters of living space and is modern. The comfort kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and much more. The house is fully air-conditioned (warm / cold).
A grill is available on one of the three terraces. Garden furniture is sufficiently available. Wifi, HD flat screen with many channels is available free of charge. The property consists of two houses, the guest house and the house of the owners, who are only temporarily on site, however, so that privacy is guaranteed. The 8x4 m pool with two sun terraces is available to you and other guests from the end of April to the end of October.
The house is located in the middle of an almond plantation and offers a fantastic view of the mountains.

Landscape:
Between the Sierra Nevada National Park and the Mediterranean Sea is the approximately 80x30 km area Las Alpujarras. Jagged landscapes, beautiful valleys, torrents and deep gorges are characteristic. Here is the well-known picture-perfect weather of the Spanish south. The Alpujarras are Andalusian sierras, which impress with the contrasting beauty of their landscape, the varied differences in altitude and the structure of their beautiful villages.
Myths and black legends are also associated with unpleasant trailblazers, who in the past caused real episodes of predators in the area.

Shops:
There are shops in Orgiva (approx. 4 km) and at the weekly weekly market (Thursdays). Here you can find fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs, directly from the local farmers. There are plenty of stalls selling flowers, clothing, jewelry and handicrafts. Every day, around noon, a baker comes to your holiday home with fresh baguette, bread, etc.

Activities:
Popular destinations are the Sierra Nevada, Granada, the white villages of the Alpujarras, Trevelez, as the highest place in Spain (known for delicious ham), the caves of Nerja and much more.
Horseback riding, swimming, surfing, fishing, hiking, mountaineering, paragliding, skiing, quad and motorcycle tours and much more can be done.
Orgiva has two discos for young people and an open-air disco.
In summer there are always open-air fiestas in the surrounding towns and villages. There is cool wine and beer with tapas here. Live bands, flamenco dancing, singing to Spanish guitar sounds, sangria and tapas contribute to a wonderful atmosphere.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette propriété avec beaucoup de charme, parfaitement équipée. La piscine très propre a ravi petits et grands.Le cadre paisible est tout simplement fantastique avec les montagnes qui entourent la villa. Kommunikation sollte besser laufen!

Vor Ort ist eine Hausverwalterin, sie ist zwar bemüht und nett, aber bei fast allen möglichen Angelegenheiten, ja auch Kleinigkeiten, erst einmal die Hausbesitzerin in Deutschland/Polen fragen muss, das dauert und ist meist anstrengend. Außerdem wird angegeben, es seien 3 Schlafzimmer vorhanden, doch das eine ist ein Zwischenraum, sodass man keine komplette Privatsphäre hat, dies sollte in der Beschreibung berücksichtigt werden.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Tout était plus que parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jeannette. La maison est très spacieuse et confortable. La vue sur les montagne est exceptionnelle! La piscine est magnifique. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la piscine après les visites de la région. La maison est idéalement placée pour visiter les villages blancs des Alpujarra, mais aussi Grenade ou les villages du bord de mer comme Nerja. La région est magnifique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec de merveilleux souvenirs et si nous avions pu rester plus longtemps nous l’aurions fait sans hésiter. Encore une grand merci pour nous avoir permis de passer ce séjour de rêve :).

Für uns die Perfektion von Urlaub

Es passte für uns alles in diesem Objekt, in der Umgebung und auch in der Abwicklung mit Familie Wulff und natürlich Jeannette vor Ort. Das Haus bietete uns alles, was wir benötigten und auch noch mehr darüber hinaus. Die Lage ist wunderschön, Ruhe und Entspannung pur....der Pool und die Terrassen um das Haus herum veränderten auch immer wieder einmal das Bild, zum Teil bis spät in den Abend hinein. Wir sagen herzlichen Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit.

Wohnung mit Super Aussicht

Wohnung und Ausstattung sind gut. Wir vermisten nur ein Brett und eine Schere. Die drei Terrassen sind ein Genuss zum frühstücken, sonnen und die Ausscht zu geniessen. Rundum fliegen viele vögel, wie Bienenfresser und ein Wiedehopf. Wir haben auch den Pool benutzt; Zwar kalt aber herrlich. Wir können die Wohnung anbefehlen. Hans Hazenbosch & Petra Schlüpmann

Aardig maar te afgelegen

Wij hadden een zelfstandig deel van de woning, waarvan een deel niet nodig. Koud huis in de winter. Er komt dan ook geen zonnestraaltje binnen en op de beschikbare terrassen (prima in de zomer). Bij het zwembad kwam de zon pas rond 13:00 (ligt dus nog lang in de schaduw). De airco was nauwelijks voldoende. Aanvankelijk ook een losse gaskachel, later een pelletkachel die ruim voldoende warmte gaf. Wel zelf zakken pellets kopen. Er waren ruim voldoende keukenspullen aanwezig. In de keuken weinig bergruimte. Tot onze verbazing stonden de pannen in het gootsteenkastje samen met de schoonmaakspullen. Voldoende dekens en handdoeken en een prima bed. Ook prima voorzieningen in de badkamer. Verder hier en daar wat ongemakkelijk. Wij vinden een verblijf in de winter niet aan te bevelen...

Num grupo de 6 pessoas, com uma criança, uma adolescente e quatro adultos, todos adoraram a estadia. Tivemos total privacidade, usufruimos da piscina, dos terraços, da churrasqueira, exatamente como tínhamos planeado. Uma experiência que recomendamos a quem procurar isso mesmo.
